They didn’t want to give me my breakfast even tho I ordered ahead before 10:30 and I went to pick up at curbside a little before 10:30 they took forever to come out, went through drive through and they didn’t want to give me my breakfast that was PAID for bc it was 10:30, that’s just stupid.

The red headed manager was soooo rude and gave poor service. All I did was ask her for help in acquiring a happy meal toy for my niece…McDonald’s is already instant diabetes, I would have bought the happy meal (happily) for just the toy.

I am very disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s on Spencer Hwy. My husband placed an order at 6:17 pm and when he arrived to pick it up, the employees acted as if they didn’t see him. They served everyone else around him, even after an employee had already asked for his order number, yet still never gave him his food. When I walked in right after, as a Hispanic woman, my order was taken immediately with no issue. The only difference between us is that my husband is Black, and it was very obvious how differently he was treated compared to me. This is unacceptable and made us both feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. McDonald’s should ensure all customers are treated equally, regardless of race, and that orders are handled fairly and in the order they are placed.
