I got my order and drove off. As soon as i got home and sat on my sofa and opened the bag i had somebody else order. I had to drive all the way back to mcd and get my correct order and to get a refund since i had to waste my gas on going back for some employees mistake on giving me the wrong order. I talked to a manager and told her the situation and that i wanted my order and my refund to make it right. She did not apologize and said well i cant do both its either get a refund or get my meal re made. I said no i want both due too me having too waste my gas and make a second trip just to get my order. She said no she was not able too do that. So i got my refund back and i tool my buisness too Jack in the Box were i got better customer service

Great place for kids to play. Also good for birthdays. Just show up and hope the big table isn't taken then decorate. Good food and fries are usually really fresh.

I've been coming here for years, and this was 5 stars. It seems that as time goes on, employees are more and more reliant that people will use the kiosks to order. Standing at the counter does seem to get the attention of the 4 people who seem are doing nothing but the drive-thru. When you do get someone to come take your order, they seem like I inconvenienced them somehow. I feel dumb coming over and over expecting it to change, and it only gets worse. So I give up. Food has been great.

I come here usually during the week for lunch a couple times a week. Great food and great service. My order is always correct and the food is hot and the fries are crispy. Very friendly daytime staff. Consistency keeps me coming back 👍🏼

Placed order online and they refused to sell me what I ordered through the app because I ordered at 3:00 and the app said lunch services till 3:59. When I arrived through drive through they said they don’t know why that would happened and they have no control over it and now I have to wait 5 business days to get my refund. Never returning to this location again.
