Everything is good, beyond delicious, but when are y'all going to open the restaurant again? It's been close since July of 2024 since Hurricane beryl. I really do miss going there to get some amazing noodles.

A very nice quantity for the price, easily feed 2 per plate. They used a bone broth that was rich but not overpowering. The variety of vegetables in the soup was wonderful. Now, for the broccoli combination noodles. It was well sauced and large quantity. The sauce was your average good brown sauce and not stingy with the meats, nice and tender. Finally, the noodles were varied in size and nice and chewy as hand-made noodles should be. overall, I would make it a regular eat out...
