I enjoying coming to this place. My kids love this place as well. We have tried most of the food, all is great ?. Service is good as well, employees greet us and have a smile which make our days good. I enjoy both ladies up front Natally and Velia always ask how are days go, makes us smile. And for most we make them smile too. Thanks for your service and positive vibes ?

The lady’s upfront are really welcoming and nice. Always have smile and greet us. The food is on point. Clean place when we enter and when we leave. Keep up the good work. Your boss is amazing Ms HA.

Staff was nice but took awhile to make drinks. Drink recipe also seems "off" compared to other locations.

Went here for the first time yesterday and it was amazing! I got the “Tasty Milk Tea” & it was divine! Seriously one of the best milk teas I’ve ever had. The place was very clean and decorated very cute. They were also playing “Super Shy” by NewJeans, so it was cool hearing them play kpop!!!

Best oh my tea of the 3 near pasadena. They are sometimes off with sizing of cheese corn dog or sauce but drinks and taste are pretty good.

I've tastes lots of matchas over the years. This one isnt bad, I'm not sure if it was just this time but its definitely watered down so the flavor was lacking. Pretty disappointing so I probably won't be returning.

I come frequently, their milk teas are always delicious. The food can be hit or miss, the corn dogs are simple and delicious but the other foods don’t always measure up. The staff are usually nice. The lights can be a bit too bright sometimes but they usually play fun music.

Went in on a weekend the moment I walked in a wave of negative energy hit me. There was about 5 people working behind the counter all just staring wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed help they all just stood there and watched. I immediately felt intimidated and rushed. being the first time trying these types of drinks I kindly asked the gentleman working as cashier what was the drink on the tv to which he replied “I don’t know I can’t see it” I knew then where this was headed. My party of 4 rushed in ordering because it was uncomfortable and awkward. Not once did they give recommendations or offered help/ samples NOTHING! Even after all of this I still left a tip(stupid me) the man gave me my total said your receipt will come out through the printer and walked off not a thank you or anything. Overall my drink was okay a little sweet, the total spent was on the high end.

this is our new go-to bubble tea place. they not only have a wide variety of milk teas, smoothies, coffees, etc - but also lots of snack options. their cheese/corn dogs are amazing, but they also have chips, macarons, ice cream, and more. the employees are always friendly and fast. only complaint I have is its usually a little loud with all the machines!
