I order Korean corn dog they mistakenly put salt inside sugar they are 3 employees very unfriendly they never say I’m sorry or thank u or smile I feel very unwelcome here

The boba was great and usually this place have nice workers , however , today , 4/22/2025 at 6:09 pm me and family came to get our usuals and the girls behind the counter were SO rude , we were kind and just kept our kindness but it threw us off how rude especially the girl with glasses was being super condescending towards me and my family. Very hostile environment to be at , my family was so uncomfortable.

Always a great place for a drink! I get the blended Vietnamese iced coffee with cookie pieces, add coffee boba. 10/10

The Taro tea was good. The employees were friendly. It was hot/humid inside, in March? So it seems they have an AC issue at the moment

I visited this location on 1/25/25 and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the employee wearing glasses and working the closing shift. From the start, her attitude felt unwelcoming while taking our order. When ordering a specific flavor, it would be helpful if staff clarified whether the customer wants a smoothie or milk tea to avoid any confusion.

I wasn’t allowed to exchange my drink, which I didn’t enjoy, and the employee insisted she had repeated the order. However, her low and monotonous tone made it difficult to hear clearly. Instead of addressing the situation kindly, she pointed to a small sign with an annoyed expression.

While I’ve generally had good experiences at this place, I believe there’s room for improvement in customer service. I kindly encourage the staff to practice better communication skills and approach customers with a more friendly attitude to enhance the overall experience.

Tropical sunrise splash and fruit tea (which is not pictured) both were delicious!!! I will order again soon! These were from the Pasadena location

This place is much better than the Deer Park location. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely the best boba in Houston. I drive 10 miles to go get Thai Milk Tea!!!

I enjoying coming to this place. My kids love this place as well. We have tried most of the food, all is great ?. Service is good as well, employees greet us and have a smile which make our days good. I enjoy both ladies up front Natally and Velia always ask how are days go, makes us smile. And for most we make them smile too. Thanks for your service and positive vibes ?

The lady’s upfront are really welcoming and nice. Always have smile and greet us. The food is on point. Clean place when we enter and when we leave. Keep up the good work. Your boss is amazing Ms HA.

Went here for the first time yesterday and it was amazing! I got the “Tasty Milk Tea” & it was divine! Seriously one of the best milk teas I’ve ever had. The place was very clean and decorated very cute. They were also playing “Super Shy” by NewJeans, so it was cool hearing them play kpop!!!
