The manager Manny had a terrible attitude The staff was not friendly and the food was cold I suggest that corporate have all these team members retrained or fired because they have no customer service expertise. Ordered online and paid extra for the walnut shrimp. My wife was disappointed and really likes the flavor of the walnut on the shrimp. Called to comment and ask the reason why there was no walnut. The lady that answered was kind and said they were waiting for a shipment for the walnut and they ran out. I was upset and asked why we were not informed that they did not have walnuts for the shrimp. She apologized but made not attempt to satisfy a customer. No hey let me get you an entree for next time or nothing like other restaurants. She said there is no way to input a message online to let the consumer know that they are out of a product. When I asked ,"but I picked up the order in person and you could of let us know then. "There was a pause and said ,"Is there anything else I can help you with?" I was just shocked. I said, "No ty, I would just like for you all to let people know you guys are out of product ." The portion of the shrimp was also on the light side.I mean you pay more to get a "premium " entree. So overall I wish they would attend to the customer a little better and hopefully this helps if someone is craving Panda Express and not order from this location. This is not the first time we order here but I will no longer order here. I would rather drive further for better portions and service .

Didn’t have what I initially asked for so I got the beef and broccoli and super greens. I swear I had a box full of hard broccoli and a few small pieces of beef and no cabbage or anything else in my super greens ridiculous. Never coming back to this location again $13 for a box full of hard broccoli that I could’ve gotten at Walmart for $1. I couldn’t believe it. 1/4/2025 2pm drive thru order.
