Where to start.
The entire restaurant is filthy. Hard to find a table that was clean. The floors are filthy. The fountain machine for sodas looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned in months at least. The trash bins are over flowing.
Multiple "out of service" or "out of product" signs posted throughout the store.
The staff look tired and frustrated to be here.
The food was awful. A bowl of chicken noodle soup with maybe 3 small pieces of chicken, a few noodles in a bowl full to the brim of broth.
The mac and cheese was cold and bland.
The chicken bacon rancher sandwich was hard as a rock but the chicken was cold, this is supposed to be a hot sandwich.
I strongly suggest both corporate and the health department pay this location a surprise visit.
This is probably the foulest place in Pasadena that I've been and that's saying a lot.

This is my first time going to Panera, and I literally love it. Very respectful staff and great customer service. The food was great and my total was $25 for 2 people. I really recommend this place, definitely coming back!!

Trust these reviews, yall. Bunch of teenagers working here that don't care about the food they're serving people. Panera is generally a good option for a light meal depending on where you go. I get it's just a job to them and I understand that but at the end of the day, this is food you are serving to real people just trying to enjoy a meal.

Really like this company. It’s always a good experience. Nice employees! Thank you for being supportive towards military personnel! They also have a point system you can obtain free items. Your the best Panera!
Dietary restrictions: You can type in your allergies at the kiosk and it will tell you which items you can choose from.
Food was mediocre at best. Staff seemed very unaware of things going on around them. There were stacks of dirty dishes on the trash bins. The floors and tables look like they hadn’t been cleaned all day. Over all it was a nasty experience and I’ll never go again. Also it was insanely pricey for what I got.

As far as the food goes it's actually pretty good. But the service is almost the worst in the area. We frequently buy lunch for our office staff, and EVERY SINGLE TIME this Panera location gets some part of the order wrong. And if you ask them if everything is in the bag they look at you like "how dare you even ask that!" And the way they wrap the food makes it impossible to check and see if its correct without having to open up each wrapped item. This last time they forgot the drinks, one of the sandwiches, and some chips. So we call them up and they said they were too busy to address the issue and we had to call back the next day. This is seriously the last time we as an office, or any of us individually will go to this location.
