I’ve been ordering pizzas from here for almost 5 years. I am sick and tired of we have no crushed peppers. We have no cheese.. Whoever runs or operates this location is doing a horrible job. This is the only Papa Johns I’ve ever gone to that never has crushed peppers or cheese.. Fix your store get your house in order.

The pizza is good but the $6.99 for a medium pizza is a scam, they actually charge like $8.99 plus $1.50 food tax, I'll no longer eat Pappa John's I paid $19.44 for two medium, the math ain't mathing!

Driver was very Rude and unprofessional just because I was literally 10seconds behind him. Walked down to the office where I live to grab a drink so mind you I wasn’t far. And to top it off I ordered from there several times and never had a problem until today. Pizza looked half ass’d too…

Why do you not read my instructions square cut and burn my pizza ? 8-13-25 you guys must get a pizza trainer to help make your pizza consistent. Look at this burnt crust for 20$ ugh

The service is truly terrible. On Friday, I ordered a pizza, and the driver who delivered it was truly rude and impolite. I know most of the drivers because I'm a frequent customer, and this is the first time I've seen this guy. He's very young and must be new because he was rude when he delivered my order, and the drink had been mishandled because when I opened it, it spilled all over my table. It was definitely the driver who was responsible for the drink because he smelled really bad, don’t know very bad. Very unpleasant. Tonight, my daughter ordered me pizza again, and I really remembered the bad experience from Friday so I preferred to order somewhere else than see the same guy again with his terrible service, and I don't know how they transport the food. As for me, I will never order from that place again. Very dissapoinment.

Normally Id give this place a 5 star but something happened tonight. This is for management. 5/21/25 you missed the mark. Wings 2/5 this time. And the pizza 3/5 what happened? New worker? wanted half cand bac and half chicken. How is that all and all? The chicken wings looked horrible. They didn't even have the sauce all over. Please have a talk with the new cook. Thanks.
