It's a chain BBQ restaurant. You know what you'll get. The prices a very high for mediocre BBQ. There so many other great BBQ joints in the Houston area that I'd rather spend my money. I only went here because my employer paid for lunch.

Worst service and food quality ever. Spoke with the store manager -Leslie- and she refused to be helpful an any kind of way. Spoke with 3 different people on the horrible quality of food, service and was told by the 2nd person that the manager had left for the day… ironically then the 3rd and last person spoken with was the store manager -Leslie-. Do not ever waste your time for large party orders for to go. Take your money some were much more professional like Rudy’s

Ran out of fries on a Friday night @ 9:19pm. That is ridiculous and not a good representation of what Pappas is all about! This is not the first time either. I hope this goes viral. Party foul. Now I have to go elsewhere for nourishment.

Great meal enjoyed the BBQ. Price was decent was great atmosphere, loved the vibes. Wish they had a bit more selection of sauce. But would definitely recommend and would come back if ever in the area.

The construction is a big turn off, other than that Pappas never disappoints!!
I HAVE NEVER thrown away papas bbq because it was disgusting. We got a chopped beef sandwich and I took 2 bites and threw it away. It was so gross, full of fat. Seasoned with a pound of pepper. It was the nastiest bbq I’ve ever had.

They didn’t have hamburger buns so they put my slice beef sandwich on regular bread, when I got home my sandwich didn’t have bbq sauce on and none on the side and of course no pickles or onions and they forgot to give me my slice of carrot cake. So I had to go back up there for it
