The fact that Pei Wei is forcing the employees and managers to have their entire family complete Google reviews says all you need to know about this company. They are buying reviews from customers offering free soft drinks if they complete a 5 star review or a free appetizer. What an absolute disgrace and completely misleading for potential customers, Pei Wei used to be good now it’s terrible but it is what it is. If they actually put the effort of getting misleading reviews into effort of fixing their terrible food they might have actually gotten one or two honest reviews from a real experience.
