Good morning world, I went to have lunch with a senior group at Peppers and Seafood in Pasadena, one of our seniors, a lady, got her meat cooked raw one side and overcooked on the other. Told the waitress about it and she took it back and brought the same meat back. Not a good business practice. Did they really put the same chopped steak back on the grill.. isn’t that a health violation?

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. After bringing our order, the waitress walked behind me and dropped a dish on the floor right next to where I was sitting. Hot food and pieces splashed onto my skin it genuinely scared me because it could have easily gotten into my eyes or caused a burn.
Accidents happen, but what made it worse is that there was no real apology or concern for my safety. I left feeling uncomfortable and not properly attended to.
Definitely not the experience I expected, and I hope management improves training and awareness so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The food was delicious. The service started great. The dining room emptied and so did the serving staff. We had to wait for drink refill, box. Other than that, everyone was pleasant and it's a must visit
Good Service, steak was well done although I ordered it medium rare, otherwise food and cocktails were good.

We’ve lived here for 4 years now and had driven by the place countless times saying we should try it some time and we finally went and finally found out that we weren’t missing anything. The tables, carpet, bathroom fixtures etc and decor clearly haven’t been updated for quite some time. The food was not impressive for its price point it just didn’t seem to taste right I would’ve expected it to be better than it was. The service was about the only thing that was good, she was friendly and attentive.

The fried cheese was good. The other food and the service was not. They had an opportunity to fix it and failed.

The price was better than Texans Roadhouse or Longhorn and the Steak was amazing and just like I like it.The rolls were perfect served with 2 different butters . Our waiter was very attentive.

Walked in to the bar so I could order a margarita to go, and was told that I could only do that if I ordered a food item. That’s odd, since not too long before today, my friend and I were able to order margaritas to go without an issue. New rule? Thanks but no thanks, rather go elsewhere.

I was looking for a place to celebrate my mom's 85th birthday with 14 adults and I had called several restaurants in the area. Most places charged very high menu fees for private rooms, but Peppers was different. I've dined here before and decided to give them a call, I'm so glad I did!
The manager was incredibly accommodating. All it took was $100.00 deposit to reserve the semi-private room and it was applied to my final bill. In addition, everyone was able to order directly from the menu with no expensive restrictions. They even allowed me to come in 1 hour early to set up decorations.
The staff was outstanding, friendly, attentive and efficient. All of our food came out at the same time, piping hot and absolutely delicious. I was very impressed with how everything ran so smoothly.
Thanks to Peppers, my mom's party was a wonderful success. We had a fantastic dining experience.
