We go to several different pippers and they are good and they never disappoint. The pizza is always good and my kids never leave empty handed. Whether it’s tickets being turned in for items or they just leave with a card full of points, they always have fun!

Super friendly super help and the price was so affordable thank you for making my boys bday spectacular we had 13 children and 10 adults attend and paid $185 for the party deal and I so recommend !!! We also purchase of course extra points not including in that price. Our host was so sweet nice and helpful always attentive and smiling i think her name is Victoria! We will be looking forward to having my other son bday here 😊

Came to celebrate my nephews birthday and they took forever to bring the pizzas. They need to have pizzas ready when guests arrive. Everyone is just standing instead of making sure tables are served.

My daughter and son in law reserved your Pasadena location for my Grandson’s 4th birthday.

I have attached screenshots that gives my location to this location, the party package and the game play description!

Upon arrival we were informed that each child (10) will receive a card with 10 “points!” Which in the game play description it states unlimited play?!? We were told that unlimited play is by location and the website is by corporate and the Pasadena location doesn’t do unlimited play. As you can imagine my 24 year old daughter and 25 year old son in law, who both work and my daughter is a full time student DO NOT have the money to purchase enough “points” for l these kids to have a decent time. They could only afford to put 20 more “points” on each card which put more strain on their already budgeted money.

I went and spoke with the manager on duty, Zoey, which helped the most she could. I asked if we could to even 50% off an additional 100 “points” per card, she called Cody Chancey (I assume she called him or another manager, that would need to be confirmed on your end) and came back to let us know that they could only give what this locations game play for birthday parties offered.

If this is how your company wants to do business I can understand why the parking lot was dang near empty when we arrived! This is false advertisement, as it does not state in the birthday party package that it is per location. This was an unnecessary and added stress to a young couple and put a damper on my grandsons 4th birthday!

I feel like some sort of compensation is due to them and a change in your website needs to be addressed. They basically paid $150 for 3 pizzas, 10 drinks and a table for 2 hours. For reference, my husband and I did a birthday at chucky cheese with 1 full hour of play, 2 pizzas, drinks, dessert and salad bar for 8 for the same price.

I hope that you can address this situation and make this right for my child, son in law and especially my grandbaby!

Favorite pepperoni pizza place. Good friendly staff. Managers are always nice. They keep it clean. Pizza is always the way you order it.
