Peter Piper Pizza

My daughter and son in law reserved your Pasadena location for my Grandson’s 4th birthday.

I have attached screenshots that gives my location to this location, the party package and the game play description!

Upon arrival we were informed that each child (10) will receive a card with 10 “points!” Which in the game play description it states unlimited play?!? We were told that unlimited play is by location and the website is by corporate and the Pasadena location doesn’t do unlimited play. As you can imagine my 24 year old daughter and 25 year old son in law, who both work and my daughter is a full time student DO NOT have the money to purchase enough “points” for l these kids to have a decent time. They could only afford to put 20 more “points” on each card which put more strain on their already budgeted money.

I went and spoke with the manager on duty, Zoey, which helped the most she could. I asked if we could to even 50% off an additional 100 “points” per card, she called Cody Chancey (I assume she called him or another manager, that would need to be confirmed on your end) and came back to let us know that they could only give what this locations game play for birthday parties offered.

If this is how your company wants to do business I can understand why the parking lot was dang near empty when we arrived! This is false advertisement, as it does not state in the birthday party package that it is per location. This was an unnecessary and added stress to a young couple and put a damper on my grandsons 4th birthday!

I feel like some sort of compensation is due to them and a change in your website needs to be addressed. They basically paid $150 for 3 pizzas, 10 drinks and a table for 2 hours. For reference, my husband and I did a birthday at chucky cheese with 1 full hour of play, 2 pizzas, drinks, dessert and salad bar for 8 for the same price.

I hope that you can address this situation and make this right for my child, son in law and especially my grandbaby!

Good pizza and wings, but service wasn't great.

Good place for the young kids and parent to hang out and have a fun time 4/5. Pizza was decent, the crust was crispy👍. Wings only available buffalo flavor and were trash, taste like they are bought precooked, taste of preservatives. Regret buying the 20pc. Atmosphere was chill, families had their own tables, celebrating birthdays, kids and parents having fun, adults chilling while kids play.

Ty Cody for making our visit great. Such a hard worker and engaging. Checked on us a few times. He told us to return:)
We were craving a Peter piper pizza (they taste different) and drove from webster to get it.
The girls behind the counter were NOT very helpful. They watched my son and I having a hard time with the pizza in the buffet and didnt even help 😒.

They need to clean soda’s machines. Found black particles in my drink. Server gave me another cup….

Pizza was excellent, almost perfection, not much game selection for kids, but overall it's definitely visiting over and over again when u get a pizza craving, plus the kids enjoy it too

The service kinda sucked because it look them a whole hour to finally bring the food and drinks for our party. I had people ordering there own stuff. It wasn’t even busy and was quit embarrassing but Cody took good care of me so that’s the only reason I’m leaving a good review. We might consider coming back.

The pizza is good, but the wings are not the best. The kids had a good time, and the service was great.
