The pizza came 40 minutes late Pizza Hut had door dash deliver the food and the dasher had me come out to the front of the apartments to pick it up and the food was barely warm I called Pizza Hut to explain the situation and they said it was a problem with door dash that I need to talk to them when I did not order from door dash I ordered from Pizza Hut and the guy on the phone hung up on me

Yes, yes, yes everything is exactly what you expect and deserve from pizza hut.However, this pizza hut right here has the hospitality that is above level for pizza hut. This pizza hit has a special little gem here spreading some pizza love.The gentleman that works the front and I believe the back as well making pizza is a friendly dude who is quick wit and looks like everything is running smoothly. Super calm collect vibe he is sharing.Dude is cool. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite but these past 2 experiences at this Pizza Hut just made me not want to return ordered a pepperoni and it looked and tasted like I only ordered sauce and pepperoni had little to almost no cheese time previous my surpreme pizza was made very sloppy looked like a veggie pizza hardly no meat has the pan crust changed becz lately they been looking like hand tossed maybe the pizza guy is lazy if so he deff needs to be replaced… Horrible service

I ordered a pizza and wings from your establishment, expecting a warm and delicious meal to enjoy with my family. However, what I received was an incredibly late delivery and a cold, inedible pizza and wings.Firstly, the delivery arrived a whopping 45 minutes after the promised delivery time. This delay is completely unacceptable, especially considering the proximity of my location to your restaurant. It is not unreasonable to expect timely service when placing an order.Adding insult to injury, when I opened the pizza box, I was greeted with a chilling disappointment.
