This was my first time ordering from this Pizza Hut and it was not a good experience. I ordered a tavern style pizza with 5 toppings. The crust was burnt and dry with next to no toppings on it. I won't be ordering from here again.

Decided to order a large pizza and some wings , I had to call twice because they hung up the first call, second time the guy on the phone had a very bit*** attitude , the food was good but with the service I got I won’t ever eat here .

Made a big order for carry out. They forgot the 16pc wings, I called back the lady that attended me said oh yeah they’re here I said not cool, she said what like she got bothered for what I said. When it was their mistake! I get it people mess up but like I said Not Cool now I have to drive back and the food that I already have at home is gona get cold because I have to drive back to pick up the food that by mistake they forgot to give me. Then she has an attitude because I said “Not cool”.

Terrible; have eaten pizza hut for years and recommended them to others but never again. 2 large multi ingredient pies were very dry and over cooked with almost no sauce. I showed the clerk who said she has no cook influence. This was Sunday 11/10/24 so 12 noon; they made no attempt to replace them or comp me. We love pizza, but honestly the service is always terrible, everyone serves you as if they didn't want to work, on one occasion my daughters wanted to eat inside and there was no one at the counter, it took a long time to serve and when they came they served us in a very bad way and that To say that when I order wings they always give me the ones they want and not the ones I order, anyway I like pizza but the rest makes me not want to go back, only when I have no other choice ??♀️

You have to try the new Chicago Tavern style pizza here. It’s excellent. I ordered online and it was ready by the time I arrived for takeout. Very friendly staff. Restaurant was clean and Air Conditioning was able to keep up with the heat, so if I have the time I’ll dine on my next visit
Parking: Approximately 15 parking spaces including handicapped. Drive through window is also available.

The worst Pizza Hut experience. First it took an hour to receive are delivery . Then the guy who delivered speaks no English . Asking for our drink and he has no clue what I’m saying . Call Pizza Hut and they do offer to send a drink . So I have to wait for 45 minutes to receive the drink . Very frustrating and on top of that the breadsticks hard and the pizza full of sauce and soggy. Please do better we are paying for the convenience and this experience was anything but that . Very disappointing and will not order from this Pizza Hut again !
