Pizza Hut

The app is terrible. I can’t update any of my information because the “save” button refuses to save my contact info. And watching the driver drive away with my food after they NEVER dropped it off made my heart sink. God forbid I try to communicate with service because phone calls are NEVER answered, even if I stay on hold for 18 minutes. And chat assistance doesn’t get very far because they aren’t in control of the crummy service from the store and they can’t control me not getting food delivered OR a refund. Overall I feel like I lost out on almost $50 worth of food when I’ve been a loyal Pizza Hut customer for years. The biggest disappointed ever.

Best location on this side of town avoid the clarewood location not only you wouldn't be wasting your money and getting good quality pizza. Been going for 20 years rarely if any never have problems here.

Picked up a new item that was added to the menu and that thing was not cooked only two of the pieces of meat on the right side were cooked brown the rest I don't know what they were thinking

ordered a chicken bacon melt and the meat portion was so skimpy is was like eating a grilled cheese

I ordered online for pickup. It all felt really self explanatory. They allow you to put customizations on each order you made per item. Great I thought so I can get white sauce on one pizza. Ordered 4 personal pizzas 1 with white sauce. I got all but 1 with white sauce. Went back around and asked them if they could fix it. They took it back. And made the same mistake again but at least got the toppings right the second time around…

Great customer service as I waited at drive thru to move fwd I received a call to acknowledge if it was me and thst my order would be ready by time i moved up to window ..since there was another vehicle in front of me. Great young lady attended me at drive thru.

they did not include the promised marinara sauces for my mozzarella sticks, so I could not eat them and when I called the store, they said that they could not give me a partial refund just for the mozzarella sticks. They said that they can give me a credit which is stealing.
