I ordered online for pickup. It all felt really self explanatory. They allow you to put customizations on each order you made per item. Great I thought so I can get white sauce on one pizza. Ordered 4 personal pizzas 1 with white sauce. I got all but 1 with white sauce. Went back around and asked them if they could fix it. They took it back. And made the same mistake again but at least got the toppings right the second time around…

Great customer service as I waited at drive thru to move fwd I received a call to acknowledge if it was me and thst my order would be ready by time i moved up to window ..since there was another vehicle in front of me. Great young lady attended me at drive thru.

they did not include the promised marinara sauces for my mozzarella sticks, so I could not eat them and when I called the store, they said that they could not give me a partial refund just for the mozzarella sticks. They said that they can give me a credit which is stealing.

Waited in line behind another car for at least 20 minutes. When it was my turn at the window, no one showed up for about 10 minutes. Completely unacceptable!

I ordered online and went to the drive thru to pick up my order. I honked, tapped on the window, and tried calling. I sat for 15 minutes until someone finally came to the drive thru. The lady wasn’t rude or anything, but I waited for 15 minutes for my pizza that was ready when I got there.

I guess it's safe to say that the owner has NO intention in refunding my money or make things right. I will NO longer be ordering from Pizza Hut ever! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in their service of how they treat their customers.. of lack there of!!

Ok so, I was asked for more info, which I emailed back to them and what they could do to resolve the problem. However, to this day, I haven't heard any feedback. Makes me wonder if they plan on doing anything about this issue.

Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza place. However, I placed an order online with the same debit card I've always used, received a messages that my card info wasn't correct and needed to reenter my information or use another form of payment BUT YET, it took my payment out of my account but my order DID NOT go thru. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I've never had this problem before. Hope they reimburse my money.

The pizza we ordered with extra pepperoni did NOT have it. The crust was so thin, there were holes baked through the bottom of crust. And all 3 were not cut properly! We have only had 1 issue another time and they didn't reimburse us like they were supposed to. That was years ago. Recently everytime we order, there were no issues. Today??? Yeah the pizza quality was not like we usually get!!!!

Super disappointing, wasted over 100 bucks for some pizzas. They charge almost 3 dollars for every topping and they only added one single pineapple. There’s just no way what we saw was real, a single piece of pineapple on the whole pizza. I added a picture and the circled is the singular pineapple, the rest is banana peppers. We ordered pizza hut because the one in Baytown never disappointed, always providing the best pizzas and service. However this was a mess and the pizzas were overcooked and hard, not looking forward to buying from here ever again but hopefully they don’t do other ppl wrong and give them their moneys worth.
