I have been a faithful costumer if Pizza Hut and that ends today!!! I did an online order that they charged yo my account but did not receive my order... when I called the store they referred me to the main number for ordering when I spoke to the they wanted to charge me another charge to redo my order when I asked for a supervisor they said they say my order but the internet at the store was down so I would have to get charged another order fee so they could place my order... when I asked how the internet was down to receive my order but was working fine to place a charge they had no answer. I asked for the next person in the chain of command they sent me to the manager who couldn’t give a crap about the first charge but got mad because I called him.... well Sir I guess u just lost a loyal customer because of your lack of care... so Papa Johns or Dominos I hope you are ready for some new customers because I WILL NOT BE USING PIZZA HUT EVER AGAIN!!!!

I love pizza hut the staff is very nice there and there very fast with your orders thats the only place i go to get pizza

The staff were very nice i walked in ordered my pizza it took like 15 mins and it was done and i left

This Pizza Hut has really gone downhill! We don't order from them very often anymore because it's just not as good as it used to be and tonight proved this once again! Our pizza was room temperature even though it didn't take long to get, makes me wonder if we got a pizza that was already baked and sitting under the heat lamps. I ordered 4-20oz drinks, 2 were supposed to be Diet Pepsi but I got regular Pepsi instead. I called them and it took over an hour to get the right drinks.

I had ordered a pizza just tonight at 8:55 and got a email saying that the pizza will be delivered at 9:31. We had waited for extra half hour for it to be delivered. The pizza was delivered cold. I shouldn't have tipped at all because of the way I got the pizza. I will never order from you again.

Ok so yesterday I called to order pizza at 6:41pm here it is 9:25 and I was just told they have been calling my phone and it's saying it's disconnected (yeah right) and they don't have any drivers and they are sold out of the family boxes but if I wanted I could get a free pizza and and pasta in 15 mins... (but they dont have a driver right) so my card was charged $48.32 and I get nothing... i asked to speak with the manager and the guy thinking he is cute came back with an Indian accent.... today I had my honey go to the store and have the manager call me and thank god I did because I would have went to jail... the manager asks me what the f**k I want him to do about it... after a call to corporate I finally got my money back .... needless to say never again will I use Pizza Hut... dominos from here on out
