Disgusting, slimy chicken on my chalupa, worst experience ever, manager on duty white young man was disrespectful no help at all gave me a hard time , this place needs to be shut down .
I mean seriously, how can you be out of lettuce in the Houston area...there is plenty at the stores so you go buy it and wow, that solves your problem...and then no hot sauce...what the heck...can't the management plan ahead and order what they need? I mean if people are using the hot and not others the stop ordering what isn't being used and order more of what is...it's not rocket science...
My boyfriend came to this location through the drive through tonight 11/17 at 8:30 pm. The guy who took his order was very rude. Beyond that my boyfriend specifically asked for fire and Diablo sauce. ( 3 meals he ordered) he gave him one hot sauce and one mild, im positive this was being petty and we will no longer be ordering from this location, I have worked fast food and I know it's difficult at times but my boyfriend is the nicest person and that guy had no right to be ride...read full review
