The establishment’s decision to deny me a table adjacent to my family during the party was highly unacceptable. As a guest, I was unable to participate in the festivities due to this oversight. The staff informed me that the desired table was already occupied by another party of four, which was illogical considering that they could have easily accommodated my group at the smaller table that was previously available when I had a larger party. This situation is a clear indication of a lack of attention to detail and customer service. If I were to leave a negative review, I would not hesitate to do so.
