Ordered 12pc wings with free 6pc wings at 10:30am.. you would think the food would be extra fresh seeing as how they just opened up. Wrong! Wings had been sitting in that warmer so long they dehydrated themselves and was like cracklin. Either that or they were the leftovers from the previous days wings.

In any event, I dont play with food. And if you're willing to give me old cold wings regardless if they are free or not, I'm not chancing going back to you. I did not return the food, as I am very picky about complaining about food. If I had complained, I'm afraid they would have spit in my food- so I just threw them away. Wouldn't feed that to my dogs, it would break their teeth. Never going back there AGAIN

They parked me and they forgot waste of time
To be honest this is one of the worse popeyes i have ever been everytime that come to this store they never give me napkin or a fork to eat my Mac cheese also I always buy the wings they’re always dry

This location has gone downhill. My god, please do not go here they will park you and forget you were ever there. Nothing but a bunch of kids pretending they have a job and pretty and sure their old ass frycook was trying to score drugs outside instead of making our food. Had to go inside to see what the hold up was, then they realized they forgot to make our food and scrambled to make it, decided to get a refund instead. It was not busy at all. The customer service is also just terrible. Avoid this place unless you are desperate.

I come here too much lol. The picture isn’t including 3 sauces I ate before deciding to leave the review. Awesome service and restaurant. You will NEVER get Sweet Heat tho… it is what it is lol

Horrible Experience, showed up 15min after order time, there was a line at the drive thru which was ok for me. Told them pick up and gave name, they say to drive up to the window. Once at the window, they tried to charge me, I said paid online and gave my name again. They say that order has been picked up, I ask how if I’ve been in line and literally no one else can pick it up aside from me(two under age children at the home). Offered to give ID and time stamp of me leaving my home because they kept telling me it’s been picked up. After a while they finally agreed to give me my order but after telling them there were items missing, they kept stating they were in the bag. Decided to leave to avoid confrontation. How is it the customers fault that they gave the order to someone else????? I have the app with my name, it was my CC that it was charged to. Very upset!!
