This location has gone downhill. My god, please do not go here they will park you and forget you were ever there. Nothing but a bunch of kids pretending they have a job and pretty and sure their old ass frycook was trying to score drugs outside instead of making our food. Had to go inside to see what the hold up was, then they realized they forgot to make our food and scrambled to make it, decided to get a refund instead. It was not busy at all. The customer service is also just terrible. Avoid this place unless you are desperate.

Horrible Experience, showed up 15min after order time, there was a line at the drive thru which was ok for me. Told them pick up and gave name, they say to drive up to the window. Once at the window, they tried to charge me, I said paid online and gave my name again. They say that order has been picked up, I ask how if I’ve been in line and literally no one else can pick it up aside from me(two under age children at the home). Offered to give ID and time stamp of me leaving my home because they kept telling me it’s been picked up. After a while they finally agreed to give me my order but after telling them there were items missing, they kept stating they were in the bag. Decided to leave to avoid confrontation. How is it the customers fault that they gave the order to someone else????? I have the app with my name, it was my CC that it was charged to. Very upset!!

I ordered a classic chicken sandwich a few days ago from this place and they put so much mayo on the sandwich. I didn’t see it until I got all the way home. I was pissed! Stop making people food like that! It was drenched in mayo! Disgusting!

Angelica at front counter is rude you cant even ask her for condiments because she makes a face, also they try to sell you the old food that has been sitting out for 20+ minutes on the cabinet. Dont recommend this popeyes.

The guys working were so helpful and patient while I helped my mom decide what she wanted. They even told us what would be the best deals. They made sure they got our order right and were very friendly, which was surprising because they were so young!!

Attitude from the young lady working 10-8-24 at the drive through at 6:07 pm wow it’s like I was begging for food

Night staff are lazy and complainers. Put zero toppings on my sandwich that it normally comes with cause they were too busy playing around and having a good time.
