Got lunch for my elderly parents! My dad loves Ghost Pepper wings with red beans and rice. My mother likes the mild chicken wrap! Which is really good!

This is the 4th time I've paid for something and didn't receive it. I ask them if everything is there and ofc they say yes. When I get home I have items missing. This "family owned" popeyes is a joke. I try to call them and they repeatedly send me to voicemail. Worst popeyes I've ever been to. Do better.

Person taking order at Drive thru was great, but the food????? The girl making it put so much mayonnaise on the chicken sandwiches that they were so gross!!!! Idk if they were bothered because they were 5, HOWEVER it was so gross. Mayonnaise squeezed out from sandwiches.... So damn nasty!!! I tried calling but they NEVER answer when there's a complain. All though they were just standing around and the Manager? He looked stupid just looking around and pacing back and forth! Parking EVERYBODY.... Smh.. GET IN THERE AND HELP!!! .. And they charge so much for bad food 😏

Do not I repeat do not order the fish sandwich from here. Yesterday, my friend purchased the fish sandwich and got sick, but we didn’t know that it could’ve been the fish. I ordered the fish today and then I got sick. I notified the manager to let him know that they should probably pull it. He said we cook those to order. And I told him I understand that but the temperature of the fish could’ve been wrong and it could’ve been spoiled before it was fried. Apparently, he didn’t understand Nor did he seem to care.
