Today was my second visit to this store and just as bad as the first. I love that chicken from Popeyes, but never from this location.

The 1st visit was several months ago and the tenders were stale and the beans & rice went into the trash because they were inedible. Over 30 years of eating fast food and that was the first time I filed a complaint with corporate.

Now today, no better, maybe worse than before. Again the tenders were stale, the biscuit was hard, the drive thru attendant had a bad attitude, I had to ask 2 times for sauce, and they didn't put a spork or napkins in the bag. After I found a spoon in my glove box I could eat the mashed potatoes.

Now that fast food is not budget friendly don't waste your money on over priced resturaunts that under serve.

I just wish Canes had more selection!

There is a manager named isela very poor attitude manager she needs better customer service, and better training. Order a family meal they give me the bag went home when I open the bag just the chicken and the biscuits not the sides. When I return I ask her to give me the sides w/ new chicken and biscuits because its cold from driving back because you guys forgot the sides she was like we don’t that it wasn’t our fault you didn’t check I told I suppose to do your job or your employees job she was like get out the store don’t like your attitude

saw a review for fish sandwich so i tried it . SUCKS sauce in 1 corner, half of fish patty wash hard as a rock and tough almost could not bite through it had to use my side and back teeth to get through it . needless to say disappointed. service was fine they gave me hot sauce and sparkle. it a shame I do like the chicken sandwich and beans and rice. I was in the drive through so atmosphere is based on the fact they use the order board for advertising rather than telling me what is on the menu . I get it a lot of people go through the drive through and know what they will order but if you don't and need to see what this restaurant offers your out of luck.

Let me start off by saying I went in at 10:42 1043 and I get it it’s late nobody wants to cook. Nobody wants to make fresh food but as a paying customer I requested three measly tenders chicken chicken tenders fresh they refused the manager Refused Isela Refused then one of the employees said well, sir were technically closed when both managers were there and they don’t close till 11 so they really did have an extra 18 minutes to cook me three pieces of chicken fresh cause what they have in those warmers are not fresh I asked for their names they refuse to give them to me. I asked for the General manager‘s name, she refused to give it to me. I asked for the district operators name. She refused to give it to me so when I go outside, I see Quincy name and number on the door and she proceeds to tell me oh he’s no longer with the company and then says I didn’t know his name and number was on there. Wow this is how Popeyes Leicester franchisees corporate run this store on Crenshaw in Pasadena I am appalled so yeah I started to record. Then I had a minor telling me. Oh, it’s illegal to record a minor this and that and whatever and they’re telling me that I can’t order food and they’re telling me they won’t give me nobody’s name contact information they don’t have a corporate they don’t have a franchisee number. They don’t have nothing then she says oh my GM’s not here tomorrow but she’s here Monday so you’ll have to come back Monday. Well one I’m not coming back Monday. I’m going to channel 2 channel 13 channel 11. I’m going to any Public platform then they started talking about me in Spanish as if I didn’t understand Spanish then she laughed. Oh, you know Spanish yeah I do. I’m Mexican. I’m coming for the store.

Their chicken is getting smaller and smaller for their prices. They are not cheap nor reasonable when it comes to pricing. To have small pieces of chicken on top of that. Really is robbery. The red beans and rice were cool. Which tasted bad. Even the biscuits tasted as if they were sitting out for a while. It used to be my favorite. I'm going to have to start looking to buy our chicken elsewhere.
