They gave us all chicken leg, even tho it should been mix, and only got 9 pieces of chicken instead of 10. The employee look like they are lazy and sloppy. Yall need to better train the employees. The food was alright but wasn’t appetizing. KFC on top🔥🔥🔥

They are bilingual and you don't want to stop at people or saying that I tend to delay the people's order and there is a skinny guy who only talks on the phone all the time and doesn't read, I pay attention to no one and the people read they were talking and how if it weren't with the lousy

I went through the drive through and ordered a chicken sandwich and red beans and rice. The rice was hard, so much so that it ruined the whole thing. The chicken was very salty and the sandwich was dry. I usually go to different stores but I went to this one out of convenience. It won’t happen again.

Today 01/04/2025 pm , I don’t have the manager’s name , but ma’am , I’m sorry , you need more training in customer service and multitasking, 1st we waited 26 minutes to get our food for dinning in , and we ask why is taking so long ? the lest you can do is say “ I’m sorry” 2 nd you don’t argue with your employees in front of the customers, to the point the lady walked out on you , very bad dinning in , but guys if you want to go , you can do drive thru , seems like all the employees only cares to get the line going , but not the customers for dinning in .

Lazy lazy lazy staff. Placed online order, got it, took it home, opened it to my sandwich bag open and sloppy, frys in my bag just thrown in there missing my cheese cake looked over my sandwich which I paid extra for cheese and bacon which was not on there. Seriously? Not to mention, I called 3 times and no answer. Overall, it was disappointing and annoying.

Ordered and went to pick up and they were closed for remodeling, nice bro. Normally that's a good location but it's a severe disconnect from Popeyes in general. I don't believe it's this locations fault in general but this review reflects Popeyes in general.

Placed an order the day before Thanksgiving for five sides. I received an email around 8 PM that my order was ready for pick up. I pulled up to the dive-through, and let them know that I was there to pick up my mobile order. The employee told me to pull forward. I asked if I could make a separate order, he said yes, so I ordered a number one, sandwich only. The employee then came back on the box and in a loud and rude manner says “we don’t have any macaroni.” I was so confused and said “oh okay I’m sorry I didn’t know macaroni came on the number one chicken sandwich.” He then got frustrated and said “the mobile order you placed we don’t got it!”
I went ahead and pulled up to the window, and this kid was standing there with this smug look on his face. I asked him why was he talking to me so crazy, and he came back with “to be fair your the one who started talking to me crazy first.” I started to explain why I was confused and how I wasn’t trying to be rude and he just started talking crazy. He tried to shame me by calling me obese, and all sorts of other things and I stood my ground. I asked for a manager and he closed the window and started pointing and laughing at me for a few minutes When finally another 17yr old boy who was the “manager” tells me he couldn’t give me a refund and that I had to request it online.
So out of line and will never go back.

Dietary restrictions: They said we were too fat. On the Night before thanks giving. Smh. I get people are stressed because previous customers but this service by this boy was atrocious. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!! Our mobile order said it was READY but when we got to the window they said they didn’t have anymore of what we ordered.

Came in this evening with a coupon on my phone that I was having trouble with. The kid working the front counter was so rude, that is when he bothered to look up from his phone. I just walked out. Never coming here again.
