Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Ordered a 25 piece tailgate via the drive thru at 8:30pm, after I paid they had me wait up front and they will bring it out to me. 10 minutes later and 10 cars later, nobody has come out so I call the restaurant directly. THEY FORGOT ABOUT MY ORDER alleging THEY DID NOT TELL THE COOK, but apologized don't worry we still got enough fresh chicken to make for you. Whatever that means. 30 cars later, still nothing. Bad bad service.

The chicken as well as the fries were bland. Just a little salt would have made it better. There was no salt on the fries. The breading on the chicken was sparse. Coleslaw was OK but it wasn't as good as it used to be. My husband said that even the Diet Coke was weak.
The employees were the only good thing about this experience. They were personable with pleasant smiles and helpful with ordering as well as having food ready fast.
Overall, it will be a long time before I come back.

Ordered a box combo that comes with 4 chicken tenders. I got only 3 tiny pieces. I contacted customer relations and they didn't help me. Dont come here. Fries are always old, chicken is small and soggy. They don't care about their customers. Don't bother reaching out to the manager or customer service because they won't help. Might as well change their name to laynes.

Used to be great until they changed to small skinny chicken fingers and barely give you any fries and they don’t even taste the same either, lost my business

The food was fresh and hot! The young pretty women named jocelyn who helped me was so sweet and provided EXCELLENT service. She brought me my food and made sure I was taken care of. Come eat here

I went to pick up my order and I chose to have it brought to my car, I marked that it was already on the sidewalk and they never arrived, I had to go get the order inside, another thing is that they don't speak Spanish, it is very difficult to communicate with them 😖

Raised prices. Smaller food portions.

Fast friendly service! The quality of the chicken has definitely gone down, use to be big juicy pieces now they're smaller and drier.

I absolutely love Raising Canes. The food is fantastic. This place is ALWAYS busy during lunch and dinner times so expect a bit of a wait but it's always well worth the wait.
