I had not been to a Red Lobster in over 20yrs. I was in the area and thought I would stop in because I don't eat fast food. The biscuits can't save them!!! The food was mid. My lettuce was not fresh looking and the taste was nothing special. The restaurant is in need of an updates. They need to re invent themselves like The Olive Garden. It will be another 20yrs

Our server Legend is great at what she does! She gave awesome service and the food was excellent! This, by far, was the best Red Lobster experience we have had in years. We will definitely drive 20 mins for this!
Waitress was the best. The food was awesome. I did try the lobster flat bread appetizer, and it was great. Highly recommended.Had lobster and steak, lobster was small but still wonder flavor, steak was perfect. I will be going again soon.

Mandy spent 20 minutes just to give me a tiny thing of French fries and they weren’t even cooked all the way and there was hair in my food they gave us the wrong food and the wrong check she never came to check on us it was just a horrible

When we ordered, I told the waitperson specifically what we wanted because I'm allergic to most shellfish. When the food came, the order was wrong and when I told the waitperson the order was wrong, they say, oh, no, that's what I ordered and made no attempt to correct the order. I did talk to the manager about the order and they offered to fix the problem, but by that time, we had already been there 45 minutes (because it was hard to get the waitstaff's attention) and I was not willing to wait. And then the to-go order came out and it was wrong also. They offered to fix that, but that would have been another 30 minute wait so I wasn't interested. We won't be going back to the Pasadena location because of the service.
This was a while back. My server was okay, went a bit after they opened so I wasn't too upset as they were a little busy but I believed they only had two servers on and a manager came by and didn't say anything about the mess on the table. No one removed plates and no one stay long enough at the table so I couldn't ask to remove them. The shrimp alfredo still had the tails on them?! This place is too expensive for that, but I understand they are jumbo. 3/5.

It has been a while but this is a shadow of what Red Lobster used to be. Tonight started with a flavorless, oily, poor excuse for clam chowder. The servers and wait staff were clueless. Food was being auctioned off, runners had no idea what they were doing. We were handed food for other tables and offered two other tables credit cards. No one in our section was given a correct order. We won't be back.
