Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The food was amazing! The manager came out to check on us and he was so nice. My only complaint was our waitress wasn’t very attentive. We had to stop her multiple times to ask for a refill and she only had one other table at the time so that wasn’t the reason. Otherwise it was great and we will definitely be back

Service was OK, food was not. $50 for 2 surprisingly small cheeseburgers, 1 with fries, 1 with soggy onion straws that I have to assume someone spilled salt on. I'm ok with salt but there was so much they were not eatable. We also had a short stack of chewy onion rings.
By far the worst Red Robin location. I've always had much better food at multiple other locations

Manager George was very kind and appreciative towards my teacher husband, our server was attentive and very sweet as well. Food came out perfect, overall great experience.

We stop by here on Sunday for my sons 12th birthday, which I told the host when we got there that we had a birthday boy and I figured maybe they would’ve done maybe something maybe a small cake or a cupcake something you know to bring some joy to his day . That didn’t happen, this was my first time going there. I should’ve read the reviews before I went, but you know my son wanted a craft burger so I figured let’s go give this a try. In all fairness, the hamburgers were actually relatively good. The thing that irritated me was kind of the lack of attention to detail from my waitress the fact that if there are up charges, just announce it and give me the option versus bait and switch deception which they pulled on me, they charge you for french fries that I didn’t ask for they put so much oil on it that I couldn’t even eat it and I told him about it even though I didn’t even ask for it . Her excuse was whenever you come back. I’ll just refund the charge like you already pissed me off. I told you that it was heavily oil in it upset my stomach. I can’t eat this response. Yeah I told Back not to put so much oil on it as if like OK if you already knew that it was bad then why would you recommend it, all hidden and deceptive personalities and the lack of attention to detail. I probably won’t return.

This is by far the worst red robin I have had the displeasure of eating at in years. My waitress I think her name was Merideth made a choice to ignore me. And I think the person who was the manager never spoke to a single customer with a whole 4 tables in the place. HORRIBLE service

Great Hamburgers and steak fries ! I've been eating at Red Robin for 35+ years , but I sure miss the more comfortable deep set booths and Tiffany lamps that gave a good atmosphere and private feeling .....

Great service and food. Had a burger that was brought back on the menu. It was so good I wondered why it was ever taken off the menu. I will b back to the Pasadena location soon. Great manager too.
