First time trying this place out. Ordered a burger and as you can see it’s mainly just bread the patty was so incredibly thin ham was toasted almost burnt. Overall it was so dry and a complete rip off!

I’ve ordered from this place many times and I never had a bad experience until today. I arrived home the charro beans spilled all inside the bag, it looked like they didn’t place them in the bag with care and on top of that they didn’t include salsas at all. Very disappointed in today’s order.

Ordered $8 chicken plate with rice, beans, onions, tortillas, limes and a beef faita taco on corn Tortilla with cilantro, onions, cheese and avocado. I was given a thigh, wing, and breast. Thigh was moist and delicious but breast was dry and wing was small. Rice could have been more moist. Beans needed a little more seasoning. Taco was delicious. Food prepared quickly and great service

They sold us expired asss beans !!! They tasted horrible !! I’ve gone here a couple times and I guess they have new employees because everything was cold and the beens were so spoiled it tasted sour 😭Then the worker got an attitude with me because I was upset

My husband, my son and I ordered 2 simple hamburgers, a cake and a quesadilla, to start the hamburgers did not come with lettuce, no mustard, no ham or ketchup, when we took them out of the bag they did not weigh anything, it was as if it were just bread, the The taste was horrible, the meat looked like paper thin, the cake only had very little meat, it was over-golden and very greasy, they didn't add avocado, that one did come with lettuce, my husband had it. He ended up throwing it out of great anger, it's the worst thing we've ever eaten... my boy's quesadilla was super!! Greasy, my husband says the meat was swimming in oil🤢 the beans didn't have skins and the taste was bad, I'm sorry I never do reviews but this time they went too far, my husband says, they ripped us off😕 horrible I don't recommend it 👎 it's disgusting 🤮

Called in ahead of time for pickup for lunch. Got there my order wasn't ready. The lady said she didn't understand me in the call and made a fajita plate instead so I had to wait longer for my actual order to be made. What I don't get is if the lady didn't understand on the phone, she should have said something right then and there instead of guessing at someone's order. That's very unprofessional.
