My husband, my son and I ordered 2 simple hamburgers, a cake and a quesadilla, to start the hamburgers did not come with lettuce, no mustard, no ham or ketchup, when we took them out of the bag they did not weigh anything, it was as if it were just bread, the The taste was horrible, the meat looked like paper thin, the cake only had very little meat, it was over-golden and very greasy, they didn't add avocado, that one did come with lettuce, my husband had it. He ended up throwing it out of great anger, it's the worst thing we've ever eaten... my boy's quesadilla was super!! Greasy, my husband says the meat was swimming in oil🤢 the beans didn't have skins and the taste was bad, I'm sorry I never do reviews but this time they went too far, my husband says, they ripped us off😕 horrible I don't recommend it 👎 it's disgusting 🤮

Called in ahead of time for pickup for lunch. Got there my order wasn't ready. The lady said she didn't understand me in the call and made a fajita plate instead so I had to wait longer for my actual order to be made. What I don't get is if the lady didn't understand on the phone, she should have said something right then and there instead of guessing at someone's order. That's very unprofessional.

The chicken, the meat and the sausage are very delicious, only the beans lack a little flavor and the rice was very red from the broth, I imagine because it tasted a lot like seasoning, but the truth is that the chicken and the meat were very royal style. be very rich!

While the food tasted good, some pieces of chicken were burnt and the rice was bland. Additionally, for the small portion of chicken, it was way overpriced. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and won’t be coming back.

This was our first time to use Regio Rey. I catered beef/chicken fajitas for 40 and the pricing to quality of food and service was very fair. Not only was the food amazing, but so was the customer service. I will definitely use them again!!
