Salad was okay. Soup was great. BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO AWFUL. Especially the attitude of an employee named Kailey. I just asked for some more dressing because we thought the dressing we added was not enough and she handled it very RUDELY. A nice employee asked her if we could get more and she was on her phone with a rude face and tone said “no she already had 2”. I guess it was hard for her to be polite and nice to a customer and say sorry but an additional will cost extra. I would have understood it however it was handled very rudely. It was our first time to try this place and I will NEVER come back again. We will not recommend this Salata branch. In deed, customer service is very essential to food business and to a customer’s satisfaction!!!

worst customer service ever. l walked in and not one word was said to me. He did not speak through the whole process of making my salad nor what protein I wanted or lettuce it was dead silent not one peep from this guy tonight working the closing shift it was him and another girl I think his name was Allen v. I understand people have bad days but he was slamming everything with attitude and did not smile once he was rolling his eyes. I come here all the time and after the disrespects he gave me tonight It makes me not wanna come back ever again. & go to a different location. I really hope whoever he was had a better night.

Honestly, where do they find them because so far, all over them look upset to be working. Are employees treated so bad here? Anyway, that's the feeling they give off. By the way, I had salad left over and asked for an extra dressing (the tiny container), and they charged me $1 for it. That's ridiculous. I really wish customer service would improve. What happened to friendly service?

I love the concept of fresh, healthy ingredients. Overall the sale was not bad, but I’ve tried a few of their dressings and I haven’t really found one that I like. Also, without being totally satisfied, I have a hard time paying about $20 for a salad and no real customer service.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies

I got a custom wrap it had everything I wanted in it but not enough dressing. The tomatoe basil soup is good the chicken tortilla soup wasn't that good won't get it again. I asked for extra croissants and it wasn't given and I paid for it. It took the long to get my order together

Date - 9/7/23 - Well, I decided to give this location another chance today, and guess what...my order was delivered incorrect yet again. The photos attached to this review are from today's order. As you can see, I asked to please not forget selected toppings and please give extra feta and extra pumpkin seeds. Yep, I didn't receive any feta, mixed cheese, or egg as selected. Absolutely ridiculous. Would I recommend this location to anyone? Not at all!!!Date - 8/15/23 - Today was the third time in a row that I have ordered delivery and the salad was much smaller than had I been in the store and items were missing from the salad. Today, the chicken portion was extremely skimpy, the scoop of pumpkin seeds was not a full scoop either. Feta cheese, red onion, and banana peppers were left off. I don't know what has happened at this location; it used to be amazing, but not anymore. I doubt I will order from this location again.Update 8/15/23 - I also sent an email to Salata; they have reached out and to me regarding my experience.
