Saltgrass Steak House

Not very good prime rib. Served cold. Probably should have gone with a cheaper simpler steak. The prime rib simply didn’t taste very prime.

Mikey was such a great waiter! He greeted us when we walked in. He was kind the entire time and very patient. The Pasadena location is the one we prefer. The food was as good as usual. Our daughter’s steak was cooked perfectly. Thanks Mikey, you gave us one more reason to keep coming back.

Excellent service and food! This was the best experience we have had at Salt Grass in a long time. Everything was excellent.

the food is over priced for the quality. Everything was overcooked. Ordered medium rare ribeye and it was tough with barely any pink. Should have been red all through center. The steak was thin and had deep char marks on outside like it was pressed. No juice at all.

Bad experience as a uber driver trying to pick up an order. The host was distracted speaking with other staff members wasnt organized at all. The order was simple an appetizer with a drink. Host had an excuse after excuse on the process of the order. Took about 20min for the manager to help me out.

Just not an enjoyable experience food wise. Our bread was cold, drink service was slow, they switched wait staff on us. One side order was burnt beyond edible. Steak was not cooked to requested order. Management did not seem to care.

My husband orders his steak "blue rare" which is usually difficult to get. But, for a place that specializes in steak, this should not be so hard. It took three times to get the steak right, and then it was "ok." Our server felt bad and had written the order down correctly, but the kitchen just could not get it right..

Always enjoy Saltgrass. Glad its in Pasadena. Always full of people. Good biz lunch place.

Really good! I don't give 5 stars often but today rated it. Lunch for 4. The large sampler appetizer was wonderful. The variety of entrees we ordered were great. Our server did a great job. What more could we ask for?

I held a graduation dinner in the private party room at the Saltgrass location in Pasadena, TX, and the food and service provided by Sable’s staff were phenomenal. I had a large party of 24 guests, and everyone complimented the food and the service from Elizabeth and her team. The staff reached out beforehand to ensure that the room and table setup were arranged optimally to accommodate all my guests.

Before reserving at the Pasadena location, I called several other Saltgrass locations, and the service did not compare to this one. I highly recommend this location.

Went by today for my wife’s birthday as well as my brother in law they share the same birthday. Started off okay but our food came out and mines and my wife’s steak was missing. We pretty much got it once everyone was done eating I had them box it up. To make it right they took off an appitizer “wooooo” I left it alone. Picking up Whataburger now
