Good job ShipleysYour donut holes were delicious so was the Kolache which was a cheese & the jalapeño one this is the only Shipleys location I’ve been to in the Pasadena area to be honest I appreciate your staff for helping me out with my order fast and

Good donuts, on the fence with service.Language barrier made it difficult to order what I wanted. If the person at the window wasn't familiar with a menu item I was ordering, I'd just have to skip that order. They even seemed to be frustrated with ME as if I was wasting their time, haha so strange. In the end this location only missed out on a few bucks from me but I'm sure it adds up when every customer has to skip or compromise an order due to employee unfamiliarity...
