Had ONLY 2 cars cars in front of me they had small orders and the Buisness STILL moved slow! I definitely dont recommend coming here unless your off and have no errands to run because they will run you LATE!

I have been going to this location for 25+ years. I most likely will not be visiting this location anymore, however. The food is fine, but I have gone too many times when none of the staff spoke English and then my order comes out wrong or incomplete. Over this past year, it has just been getting worse. I even go inside to try and make sure the order is correct, but they refuse to listen or still grab the wrong thing. I will just find a different Shipley to go to. This location has lost a loyal customer since it's a family tradition to get Shipley on Saturdays.

Asked if the glazed donuts where fresh and the short old lady told me that they had just came out so I bought a dozen, they were cold stale and not even glazed all the way, I gave one to my dog and threw the rest away

this place is ridiculous there is no way i should be waiting in line for 20 min when there is 2 cars, last times i came i was the only person in line and it took the lady 20 minutes to complete my order. this place always has the worst line they need to get that lady out the front window sorry not sorry.

Went in today ; thinking to get something to eat before going to church. I ordered 2 sausage kolache’s , on my way to church I took out to eat and the all this cheese sauce gushed out , and stained my clothes. It was embarrassing to show up for services looking so messy. I didn’t have time to go home and change. On top of that I ordered two sausage I did not order sausage and cheese I did not order sausage and jalapeños just sausage. You need to treat your people a little bit more better.

I love some HOT DONUTS but the these last 3 times I went disappointed me. 7-8:30 am and no hot donuts. I'm willing to wait and they’re not willing to make me a new batch even if I’m willing to buy a dozen.
Cold do nuts, Order wrong, people doing a whole lot of talking. I don’t do reviews often but this was needed. I will gladly use the extra gas mileage to go to the other location

Ordered a Frappe and it tasted like rubbing alcohol. Tried to call the location to warn them about it. The phones were not working. Happened yesterday. I was not able to turn around and go back in person to say this.
