I've been coming here for years. I think if anything that I can suggest is a longer drive-thru area because it gets really packed in the mornings and sometimes you can't even have a parking spot. You have to keep going in circles until someone gets out

Check your boxes! I purchased a lot of kolaches and donuts from this location for my office. When I set them out I noticed most of the koloches were very brown and repulsive. They pretty much gave me the burned ugly ones. No one wanted them.. I will never give this place business again and will tell my colleagues who bring food to vendors and other offices to avoid this place moving forward.

This is not Shipley Do-Nuts, idk if they are cutting back on quality or is a new owner but this is not a original Shipley. I went today order half a dozen 2 glaze,2 Bavarian,2 sprinkles, 2 kolaches and a cinnamon roll gave me everything different then they try to charge me 24 dollars.Get home, a glaze donut was missing the glaze one sprinkle donut only had half sprinkles on it and the donuts were really small and oddly shaped the cinnamon roll was hard to chew. Wont be going back,I have been going here well over for 15 years. Also my 2 kolaches were missing.

I haven’t been to this location in a while. I went yesterday @ 9:30am. I asked for 2 glazed donuts & 1 plain cake glazed. First the lady seemed she didn’t want to be there, I get it. Sometimes you may have a bad morning. But to get home and see my donuts were old. And had black dots in the back of the donuts had me not ever going back there. I know the difference of being burnt pieces or fried longer, etc. Those were not fresh.

I heard that a company bought Shipleys. A coworker brought regular glazed yesterday and the donuts did not look right. I went today and got a dozen glaze and they didn't even look close to the classic Shipleys donuts. This is disappointing that they ruined Shipleys. See picture, IYKYK.
I ask for 4 kolaches , i was oh ready at home when I open the bag all the kolaches was burn , is the second time you giving me food from day before, i still mad .

This lady double checked my order like seven times which is fine I was a server for six years so I understand checking an order however after checking my order seven times she still got my order wrong I ordered two white ice cake donuts and I got two regular Donuts with white ice, I don’t eat those and neither did my son I couldn’t drive back to go get new ones and I tried to call them and they never answered me. Called them like eight times. and again, I get it getting it wrong maybe once or twice but you corrected me seven times so how could you not get that? I said cake seven times?
