Went in iknow they barely open but i ask for 2 specific donuts i even said i would wait cause imnow they making and was told no only on what ever they had up front counter witch it was nothing smh first time it happen i came to this shipley location cause was open at this time other locationg they atleast says yes but tell me to wait smh what is the the point of oppening early and telling customers they not gonna make a certain order only to order what is on counter smh
Don't order through any food delivery service. You won't get it and they won't let you know either.

This location has gone downhill. How are you gonna run out of Kolaches at 7:40am? I asked to fry a fresh plain donut for my mother because she can't have glaze, and the woman taking my order got an attitude about it. I still got donuts for my family because they are happy with the food quality. Please do better. Thank
