Silver Sycamore - All-Inclusive Wedding & Event Venue in Houston, TX

We stayed in one of the Rustic Tiny homes and had a great time. The property was recently sold a couple of weeks prior and the new owner came by and spoke with us. We were advised of upcoming improvements which would be great since there wasn't a microwave in the room, the bathroom sink needs to be resurfaced or replaced and the blinds were broken and didn't provide much privacy. We look forward to staying again in the future and see what they actually improve upon.

We had the most fabulous Valentines Day dinner. Every single dish was delicious and the service wonderful. My only suggestion is lower lighting and some romantic music would have topped it off. A++++

This spot is great for a weekend staycation - a truly hidden local gem. The food and service at the Pine Street Cafe was impeccable, and is an added bonus to have onsite when you stay here - and you get breakfast for 2 included with your booking. The Victorian Tulip mini house has been my favorite getaway for a few years now. I love the giant claw foot bath tub and always look forward to a relaxing bubble bath when I stay. It was the perfect spot for a romantic Valentine weekend.

This was our first year to have our company Christmas party at Silver Sycamore and it turned out great. Krista was such a great host for our party. Everything went smoothly, but the weather wasn't as cooperative as we wanted it to be but other than it was great. The servers were on top of all the food (which was very food) and our bartender was awesome (I wish I could remember her name, but she knows who she is. lol The decorations were beautiful, the atmosphere was as well!

We only dined at their restaurant it was so nice to sit outside and breathe the fresh air and enjoy a delicious breakfast. After dining, we walked around and enjoyed the property while walking and playing with our brand new puppy we had received the night before. It was a peaceful environment and hope in our future to have an event on their property.

Great location for people in South Houston!

From initial inquiry over a year ago, I've had an excellent experience working with Krista to hold a three hour party in the reception hall. My partner and I got married in a foreign country but wanted to host a reception for friends and family in the states around New Years. We had 65 guests and there were plenty of hors d'oeuvres to keep everyone full. We also had yard games outside and brought some of our own. There's a pull down screen from the ceiling that we used for a slideshow. We just had to provide our own projector and speaker. Microphones were provided for speeches. The staff helped cut our cake that we brought in which was helpful. The staff was friendly and down-to-earth. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

We found this gem early this summer after looking around for other places for a micro wedding. Krista (wedding coordinator) and Jackie (owner) were super helpful. Krista was there every step of the way and made the wedding go very smoothly. She was not stressed out and was there immediately if asked her for anything. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely LOVED having our company Holiday party at this venue! The location was ideal and it was decorated beautifully. Our company is a blue-collar industry, but I got nothing but positive feedback from everyone about how much they enjoyed the venue. The DJ was great, the food was amazing, and everyone had a great time. 10/10 would recommend this venue!

Amazing Amazing!!! Absolutely beautiful wedding, went off without a hitch(no pun intended) Krista and her team were wonderful! Everything was PERFECT, everyone is talking about our wedding being the their favorite wedding they have ever attended!! Food was perfect, everything we asked for was more than on point! Krista made it so easy for us, we had the “Dream Wedding” package and everything we wanted was included! This venue is super Unique and has so much character. It’s gorgeous and I recommend it to anyone!! Thank you Jackie and Krista for our beautiful wedding, you made our dream come true!!

My wife and I got married here in October 2024. We had been coming to Pine Street Cafe on this property for brunch regularly since we moved to Pasadena in 2021. When the time came for us to look for wedding venues, this one seemed obvious because we knew the quality of the food and the staff already.
It also happens to be incredibly convenient to our home and the ambiance is unmatched in the cute Western town. They provided us with an editable shared Google sheets document with so many helpful tips and information that we could add that was so useful for us and our coordinator Krista.
Krista is a gem, we were both pretty overwhelmed by all of the things that need to be discussed and decided on for a wedding and she was so gracious, calm, kind, and knowledgeable, as well as being great at getting everyone where they needed to be day of! She also made very sure that myself and my bride were able to eat, which was much appreciated because it was so easy to get caught up in the excitement of the celebration and talking with all of our guests. Her instructions on how to cut the cake were necessary, clear, and helpful
We got rave reviews throughout the event and afterwards about how cool the venue was, how much fun the Western theme was, and how delicious the food was. Our guests who stayed in the Bed and Breakfast part said that they were comfortable and happy in their rooms.
My one concern is that there wasn't as much support for our guests with special dietary needs as I thought there would be, which I didn't find out until afterwards when a guest told me that she hadn't been able to eat much despite us being very clear about her dietary concerns. If we were to do it again, I would ensure that they had a separate meal for her and other guests with specific dietary needs rather than her just having to not eat most of the meal selected. Since that's at least partially on me for not communicating more clearly, I won't knock them down a star, especially because everything else was incredible and perfect.

An absolutely stunning wedding venue! All of my family remarked how it was the most fun wedding they've ever attended. The food is 10/10 and the coordinating folks (especially Krista!) really help the day go smoothly. I'd recommend Silver Sycamore to anyone for any event.
