I walked in and the 2 boys working just looked at me weird. I then looked back and one of the guys had said āweāre closedā(the boy with the curly hair) so I told him Iāve came here before and i thought yāall close at 11. Then the other coworker told the one that lied to me that iām okay and can order just not smoothie bowls. so i just left. if youāre lazy just say that or get a job where you sit. very unprofessional. came here once before and was happy i had thought i had found one close by home open in the evening. guess the employees choose there hours when they want to work.

I don't get smoothies that often but I think I'll start. The two service people were very friendly and helpful when asked for suggestions (I'm diabetic so it's important) and they worked with me to get me a smoothie that worked for me. Good job!!

I recently visited Smoothie King and was really disappointed with my experience. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. When I finally got my smoothie, it tasted bland and watery, not at all like the fresh, flavorful drink I was expecting. To make matters worse, the store was not very clean, The floor was very dirty it was a very unpleasant visit, and I won't be coming back anytime soon.

Definitely not going back. That was the most horrible experience iāve ever had from any place iāve gone. As soon as I walked in, I was not greeted but much so i was given a dirty look by some girl with black hair. One of the boys that was taking my order was not friendly and made it well known that he didnāt want to be there. When I received my smoothie, it was not well blended and it had chunks of ice. I understand that dealing with customers all day can be draining, but at least fake it. After all WE, the customers, are the ones getting yāall paid.

Today 20 minutes before closing we arrived and the two ladies who served us, by the way reluctantly, not at all friendly, they shouldn't have people like that in customer service, it even seems that the customers are going to ask them for alms, besides all the smithies don't They knew how regularly, I think they didn't put all the ingredients, what bad service we had

I visited this place and had a bad experience. Bad service. The person taking the order was not friendly at all, my drink was completely different from what I had ordered in other locations, I asked to speak to the manager, she did not assist me, I parked and entered the premises and the manager hid and ignored me. The people in front laughed. If the owner reads this. I want you to know that you will lose customers with this type of staff you have in this store.

Everything here was just awful I donāt normally complain about anything but the attitude everyone gave there and they didnāt blend my smoothie all the way there was bits of ice in everything and they donāt use gloves at all to make smoothies so disgusting

I'm trying out this location for the 1st time. Had Smoothie King 2 other times in the past week and a half. Each time was phenomenal. I usually get the Lemon Twist Strawberry smoothie, but this visit I decided to get the High Protein Chocolate smoothie from the Get Fit section with Almond Milk and a few enhancers.
I ordered the smoothie online and not even 5 minutes later, it was done. The smoothie was surprisingly delicious. I was originally nervous about trying something different, but I'm glad I did. I will get it again. The service was quick and very prompt. The 2 gentlemen were very kind, patient, and quick.
As far as I'm concerned, I will return soon.

I went to go get myself two aƧaĆ bowls today and while I got them I noticed they were blended with something else which is not my complain. I noticed that they just put one dollop of the aƧaĆ mixture on the bowls and had a bunch left over in the blender. I thought since theyāre the ones who know how to make them, Iāll leave them to it. But after they took 10 minutes to put toppings on them they handed it to me and it was not even filled to the line of the bowl. They forgot the granola and blueberries. It just wasnāt what I usually receive when I order this exact item. Itās usually filled to the top of the bowl with the aƧaĆ mixture alone and then has topping over it touching the lid, which is the purpose of the dome top is it not?? So why when I received it, with toppings and all, it didnāt even reach the plastic bowl brim, thatās excluding the lid. There wasnāt even need for a dome top if I was gonna receive such little product to close with a flat lid. Idk I paid 20 dollars for this when it wasnāt worth my money. The other location on Spencer provides better service and product quantity for this order, not sure why thereās even a difference to begin with.
