Recently began going to this location and both times I’ve ordered a smoothie bowl the employees are complaining about making the bowls, right in front of me. Sorry that the bowls are difficult to make but I expect good service for something I’m paying for.

Very prompt with the online orders everybody is always friendly smoothies are not consistent. Sometimes they're real runny and I hate to be picky about that for $13 drink with a tip. I would like to drink that made to normal protocols Normally the parking spots are full with patrons from other businesses, but the store is always clean. Staff is friendly.

Walked in, and waited for someone to take my order. Nobody came up to me to take my order! I always have a good service except today. I don't know if it's new people or what, but nobody came up to me so I could order. I walked out.

Amazing customer service!!! Smoothie was perfect and the staff is so friendly! Lyndsey (hope i spelled that right) even walked me to my car with her umbrella bc it was storming outside. Shes the sweetest!!

I always have such a great experience here! Smoothie is always on point and customer service is unbeatable at this location! Almost all the workers know my order by memory so by the time I walk up the register, my order is already placed! If I could take take these employees here and put them at every smoothie king I would! They all deserve a raise!

Smoothie was horrible took the kid like a minute to make it. Got the chocolate Hulk with banana and peanut butter. Tasted like water basically worst smoothie I've had from this franchise ever. I don't recommend it to anyone.

CopiedGuys I went in the Pasadena smoothie king on fairmont to get a protein shake, and come back to the gym Anyway the dude that took my order was rude and acted like I was some piece of trash, and the lady was just as stuck up as he was very rude just a FYI
