This is a great smoothie place but the wait for a smoothie is ridiculous. I went on a Sunday afternoon and waited 25 minutes. No one was ahead of me . Maybe they are short staffed

I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie this morning and they kept asking me what kind. I was so confused cuz they told me to choose one. I said can I have a strawberry and banana smoothie plz that’s the one I’m choosing. A lady took over the mic and she sounded short tempered. I just ended up leaving. I don’t understand what the issue is I’ve asked for a strawberry banana smoothie before and there’s never been an issue. I don’t understand why I had to repeat myself 5 times. Have they never made a strawberry banana smoothie before?

The first time i went was good but the service drive thru is not good at all the waiting is too much and these two last time I’ve gone they apparently don’t have any strawberries, bananas etc. Other than that the my favorite thing fork there is the smoothie bowls

I’ve been going here ever since I found out there was a smoothie king so close to me I love it here, the food is so good and the service too. Also wanna say my first time going there, there was an employee named Dayanara she helped me out on picking the right smoothie for me. She was so patient with me and had great energy, never made me anxious about asking her more questions. I really recommend this place.

Visited. the Smoothie King On Spencer Hwy , Pasadena Texas, 3530 Spencer to be exact.
I asked a smoothie king employee to customize my drink. She refused to do citing smoothie king policy. I asked her to speak to the manager and she said he wasn’t available and she didn’t have to give me the manager contact information. All I requested is for them to blend my beverage adding extra ice to thicken the consistency of my beverage. I was willing to pay for the extra ice.
