Stopped into this location after not getting service at another location. I purchased 2 drinks ,the good they came out pretty quick and a friendly guy brought them out, now for the bad my drink was sub par, for one there was so much ice in the cup it only had 4 sips of drink in it, fortunately for me though because the drink also did not taste good at all and no this wasn't a new to me flavor it is the same one I get often, I was disappointed and had I not been on the road I would have tried to get a replacement. Oh and the second drink was good though so at least 50/50....lol

Took forever to get my shakes and when receiving them noticed not only the wrong lids but no whip or cherries and all three were mostly melted. On top of that the reeces shake tasted like someone had poured salt packets into it. The car hop seemed like she was checked out/ not all there and seemed offended when I asked her to bring a carrier. I understand being in a hurry but there is no excuse for being rude in a customer service position.

I get it, it's busy and cold, but get my order correct, especially when you asked me 3 times to confirm. And if I order super sonic bacon cheeseburger, I expect more bacon than this, see the picture. And, why did my 11 dollar combo cost over 15?

I ordered from the Fairmont location. 16. 32 was my total. I gave a 20. They gave me my drink and took several minutes to give my change. They shorted me a dollar. She knew what she was doing. She handed me my change folded up. TIPS ARE NOT REQUIRED. AND ITS NOT YOUR CHANGE TO TAKE. I would have tipped the whole 3 dollars. But I wanted to give it. Not have it taken away. I told that lady go on ahead and keep that dollar. I won't be back. Ypur employees should do better. Stealing is not ok.

My friend and I just wanted drinks. They weren't good. When adding lime to the bottom of the glass it should be squeezed to give the flavor.

I just grabbed a coke with real cherries in it, my fave definitely. Grabbed a Dr pepper with real cherries the day before.

My husband and I ordered 2 ultimate meat and cheese burritos and got 2 very different burritos. His only had cheese, jalapeno and onion and mine only had sausage and tater tots on it. I don’t understand how that could have happened..we were the only ones there.
Has gotten a little better. But most recently a lot of the display seems to be damaged making it extremely difficult to read the screen. The microphone also has a lot of trouble hearing me.

App never works. Employee said that they turn it off to make full price on drinks and food about a yr ago. I had to pick up my outside car hop order thru drive thru I waited almost 30 min in drive thru cause they never came out w my food at car hop which I waited another 20 min outside! I am calling the big boys from sonic to take care cause this is so bad! Owners take care of the situation or close. I don't want to drive to another sonic location to get my food when that one is so close.

I don't know what happened to this sonic but it has gone down hill. I ordered 3 drinks through the app got there and waited 30 minutes for the Drinks to come out. All while seeing people who got there after us get their Food and drinks before we did. I am highly unsatisfied with this experience and most likely will not return.

We ordered, our meals she got the wrong numbers we ordered 2 numbers 16 and she put down 15's got to the window they were not busy it was before 8a.m. she repeated the order and it was still wrong then They told us the card reader was not working, we had no cash only card, they said they were trying to turn on the card reader, they handed our food but not drinks, another lady came to the window said the reader wasn't working she didn't know how long it would take for it to come up, so if Sonic opens at 6.a.m. how can you not know that you're reader is not working so we had to give them back the food and get our card back and drive across town to go to another Sonic
