Did a mobile order, got there, they forgot my 2 cherry limeades, then brought me the wrong size. Got home and they taste like crap. The sprite is out or something. Not going there again. Won't let me add pictures

So far anytime we went we didn't have a good experience. So we stop going. Not sure who is taking oders in drive thru at least fake like u happy to be there. Had to say are order 2 times. Here's hoping it's correct. Lady at window was sweet

So I pulled up and the guy was cleaning the window I had my hand out with my card all I heard was don’t she see me cleaning the window that I needed to wait and they started laughing I almost said something and then they took forever with my card looking at me laughing

i will gladly drive 8 mins more to my nearest sonic location ladies were extremely rude they don’t like the job they looked miserable.! really bad experience never going back love sonic but employees in this location makes me not loving it :(

Went the other night to get dinner and I asked for number six which is a double cheeseburger and a footlong Coney dog and they got the order wrong. Two different times. There needs to be a better supervision over the employees.

Wish I could rate more stars, I love Sonic. But this past time was absolutely terrible. Did an online order for a few things. When we get the order, the mozzarella sticks are missing! So we go back around to get them. First they attempt to charge us. Then we look at the rest of our order. No cherries in the cherry lime aid slushes. I paid extra for nerds, none of those. And no syrup for the French toast sticks. And at this point I’d already been around for the missing mozz sticks, I wasn’t going around again seeing as I only saw this after I’d gotten home. No cherries, no mozz sticks, no nerds, and no syrup??? That’s more than a simple mistake.
