8/4/25 Came back again with Aunt Gloria. Good service again. Had the broccoli cheese soup and it was good. Love the salad bar.
Great service, good salad choices, good taco meat, good soup with at least 5 selections, very simple but good pizza, good brownies and gingerbread, hot breadsticks, baked potatoes with all the toppings and I never made it to the back but I believe they had ice cream also. If you come in bring your appetite. Next time I will take pictures of all the food. Will be back soon.

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. I live in San Antonio but came to Houston for the weekend. Our Souper Salad closed during COVID and never reopened. So, now I need to travel 4 hrs to get it. Excellent choices of EVERYTHING! The waiter was very attentive

Been here two times now, and both times all the food are super fresh and tasty. I like my salads spicy, so I picked jalapeños ranch every time. For picky kids, they have a healthy buffet of things like mac and cheese and pizza. The pizza is really good, super, super thin! Then there's the desserts. Peach cobbler is not to skip over. The ice cream is very creamy and low in sugar. As of July 2025, Tuesdays, they have kid special for 2.99.
The food is decent. It's what you would expect from an establishment at this cost. The best part of meal was by far the service provided by Victor; he was amazing and very attentive to all he was providing service to.

This is one of my favorite spots for a quick, healthy meal. The salad bar is always fresh with tons of options, and the soups are warm, flavorful, and comforting. I love that I can customize everything just how I like it, and the little cornbread muffins are a must! It’s affordable, filling, and I always leave feeling good about what I ate. Definitely recommend for a casual, feel-good meal!

Good value... Good food Updated: first time I came here in 2019 I loved it. Christian music playing…. Good selection of food so it became a weekly stop for me. Then covid happened…. New ownership happened and now the only thing that’s the same is the selection of food. Prices up %37 in the last 4yr and my income has only increased %9 so it’s literally almost out of my price range. The Christian music is gone. The service has Tanked.
