I was there right when they opened because I lost my wallet that had a memory of my son that passed away that is irreplaceable. The lady there CAMRON was extremely rude and gave me very ugly looks just for asking for help. This really is disappointing to know Starbucks hires very unprofessional people have no consideration to what other may be going through. I'm happy that the other lady helped me and I was able to get my wallet I would only recommend this place in the evening as the workers are very nice and treat you much better.

As someone who has consistently ordered the same drink a "white chocolate mocha" with seven pumps for over three decades, I am continually amazed at this location's ability to transform my simple request into something entirely unrecognizable. On more occasions than I can count, what I receive closely resembles steamed milk with a faint whisper of espresso, rather than the sweet, balanced drink I requested. Despite my efforts to remain optimistic and my willingness to give this location the benefit of the doubt over the past year, consistency has proven elusive. It’s worth noting that if a customer requests extra pumps of syrup, it’s usually because they prefer a sweeter drink a concept that hardly seems revolutionary. For those in the Pasadena area with limited options, consider tempering your expectations or perhaps preparing for a coffee experience unlike any other. SMH....

Came in to pick up my mobile order, no one asked what my name was to even make sure they had my order. When i asked the barista was rude. They had me waiting way longer than necessary and no one assured my order was coming until i stood up to ask again third time about my order. Would have never imagined an experience like this at a Starbucks
