Worst customer service by manager spoke to me so rude like I get it you might be having a bad day or you are just entitled but you can be nice to people if not find a non customer service job. Ridiculous how they allow this.

The line was all the way around the building to the road. And I still ordered and got my drink under 10 minutes of being in the line. Fastest service I’ve ever experienced. Very friendly service as well.

I ordered the Iced pecan oat milk latte and it had caramel, which I’m not a fan of. I am sure this drink does NOT contain caramel. Odd. I did not go back because my toddler was asleep in the back seat and the drive thru had a long line. Waste of money.

They made my drink wrong. I paid extra for strawberry puree and it does not have it. They also put cold foam instead of a splash of sweet cream in my drink.

Always order my favorite drink, Venti Caramel Macchiato with extra drizzle and a extra shot!! This location did not disappoint at all!! It was perfectly made and tasted exactly how i expected it to, will be visiting again. #useappfreefood ☆☆☆☆☆

In town from Seattle, and found this was a great location for mobile workers...the baristas/Partners are attentive and service oriented. My drinks were made quickly and were personally delivered to my table (Note: not that many customers inside during my stay, so may not be available if they get busy). Highly recommend this location looking for their Starbucks fix.

Lunch hours line at drive-through becomes long. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Next to UPS. Tea from tea bags can be prepared better. Options for reduced by removing chai.

What happened to the dragronfruit refreshers that used to have fruit on it 😭 today I ordered one like I usually do, she mentioned something about the caffeine drinks being discontinued but that they still have the mango passion fruit ones and I got this watery drink which looks like was made with technically just water and a tea back. This stuff is not worth what I paid for it and nobody should have to pay more than $1 for it.

Drove through for a grande matcha. First one had no sweetener. Went inside and they made it over and now they added too much sweetener. Seems like they might not know the basic recipes. I dont change anything to the drink. It was not good. 6.00 down the drain. Ill stick to my normal starbucks.
