I ordered the Iced pecan oat milk latte and it had caramel, which I’m not a fan of. I am sure this drink does NOT contain caramel. Odd. I did not go back because my toddler was asleep in the back seat and the drive thru had a long line. Waste of money.

They made my drink wrong. I paid extra for strawberry puree and it does not have it. They also put cold foam instead of a splash of sweet cream in my drink.

In town from Seattle, and found this was a great location for mobile workers...the baristas/Partners are attentive and service oriented. My drinks were made quickly and were personally delivered to my table (Note: not that many customers inside during my stay, so may not be available if they get busy). Highly recommend this location looking for their Starbucks fix.

What happened to the dragronfruit refreshers that used to have fruit on it 😭 today I ordered one like I usually do, she mentioned something about the caffeine drinks being discontinued but that they still have the mango passion fruit ones and I got this watery drink which looks like was made with technically just water and a tea back. This stuff is not worth what I paid for it and nobody should have to pay more than $1 for it.
Drove through for a grande matcha. First one had no sweetener. Went inside and they made it over and now they added too much sweetener. Seems like they might not know the basic recipes. I dont change anything to the drink. It was not good. 6.00 down the drain. Ill stick to my normal starbucks.

I normally don’t go here bkuz it’s outta my way but when ever I’m on the fairmont side of Pasadena I prefer this Rhodes& fairmont parkway Starbucks. The 6 times I have visited here the coffee has been prefect and taste like they make the coffee with angels serving . I normally would go to the spencer & beltway 8 or the spencer and west side (worst starbuck ever) . Bkuz I live on that side of town and it’s on my way to work or to the dog park with my puppies and I need coffee to start my day. I will say to anyone who goes to Starbucks . Fairmont parkway has the best two stores but the Rhodes one is top tier and that’s no shade toward the Mikey gilley one they are good but not better then this one . Sorry Mikey gilley I love your baristas but these baristas have the better experience and like I said angels making coffee . From now on I think I will travel to y’all for my coffee even if I have to waste gas on Sundays for coffee . Spencer highway & west side did me dirty with there coffee they gave to me today and they don’t care they are horrible. Reviews tell the whole story.
