I am just upset, I ordered a hot blonde latte with 3 brown sugar syrup, and was handed a drink that had 5 pumps of vanilla syrup and 3 of brown sugar, that’s 44g of sugar in just this drink (I checked the app b/c it was sweeter than usual) I never asked for vanilla /: this could seriously harm someone

This is the closest location to me and they cannot make an iced matcha worth a damn . I’ve came several times and either they’re missing my cold foam or caramel drizzle and it looks like it’s been sitting there even when they claim they’re still working on making it . It doesn’t taste like any of the ingredients I added : idk what’s going on or who’s in charge of training ppl but they need to get it together i never have any issues at the other locations but this one !

I ordered a Mango Dragon Fruit refresher with light lemonade with extra base and it tasted like water. I took it back, got another one and it tasted the same. I took that one back because it tasted the same. I told them to give me a pink drink instead and it also tasted like water. No flavor on all the three drinks.

I come here almost daily because I live down the street and they cannot get a venti iced drink right to save their lives. Then they get an attitude when I ask them to fix it and add extra ice on the remake. I’m so glad a 7 Brew opened up down the street. Don’t waste your time or money here. GO TO 7 BREW!!

I had such a great experience this morning at Starbucks. I accidentally ordered the same drink twice and forgot to include a few things in my coffee. I was a little flustered and felt bad about the mix-up, especially since it meant they had to remake two drinks for me. But the woman who helped me was absolutely amazing so kind, patient, and understanding. I expected some frustration, but instead, she greeted me with a smile and handled everything with such grace. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. It’s rare to find that kind of customer service these days, and I really appreciated it. Thank you for turning my hectic morning around! :)

If I can give zero stars I would. Every single time I go there, The people are rude, I'm constantly waiting over twenty minutes for my order, And the order Is almost never right. I prefer to drive down to the spencer highway in beltway eight Location

The worst Starbucks I have ever gone to, even before being served. I came here to do half an hour of work I had to submit for school and I felt for coffee so I told myself I’ll reward myself with some coffee before I leave, when the time came for me to make a purchase (mind you I have only been here for half and hour) a team member approaches and basically told us to leave if we are not making a purchase, I felt so offended and prejudged. I was so upset I did not even answer her.She was very rude and did not have a nice approach at all. The atmosphere wasn’t at all welcoming to begin with and they weren’t even busy. Never going there again. There are other ways to convey messages. She was Extremely unethical, I’m happy I did not spend a dime here. Starbucks needs to do a better job at their hiring process and who they choose to work in these stores and represent them.
