I went to this Starbucks location for the first time on my birthday (today) and I felt like a total queen!! The ladies in there made me laugh, complimented me , even though my hair and makeup was not done! Absolutely love the energy from the people at this Starbucks, it truly made my birthday ALL that much better. My iced caramel ribbon crunch looked like a painting with how pretty it was!! And of course super tasty haha. Thank you guys so so much!

Starbucks needs to teach their employees what size coffees you guys carry. Apparently the lady at the window did not know what a "coffee jug" is and neither did the manager. When I asked her to give me all the sizes you guys carry, she said the biggest size was venti. I have bought the travelers size coffee PLENTY of times at your store & I know you guys sell it. Apparently this girl & her manager do not know what that is. I had to show her a picture for her to know what I was referring too. Very disappointed in you guys.

Please look at your drink when buying here. There is always something odd in my drink or taste funny. They do give you your money back, but who want to sit in a long line to get a bad drink and mediocre serve. The manager doesn't even apologize. You got your money back. Well, it's a done deal. Respectfully, I didn't get my gasoline fuel back in my car when I drove back, so I think an apology would've been nice. Make sure you check your point they just be using your points without your permission. Rudeness..

I waited in an 8 car line, just to get to the menu, order board, and be informed they have NO coffee. No hot coffee, in the morning, at Starbucks? That's beyond ridiculous, not to mention the wait time. Why open at all! Ugh! Truthfully, this location off Fairmont is the worst!!!
