The food is usually alright but the people need to be taught about customer service. I went today and the sweet tea was out and the cashier told me they don't make the sweet tea so I'll have to get something else. What a blatant lie 🤥. Do the mice get up at night to produce the tea for the day and that's why it always taste slightly burnt? Where does the Tea come from? Who makes it? Goofy ass place

Wife went to Subway on Southmore in Pasadena, the lady taking her order can’t speak English yet she has a job serving the public. This is ridiculous will never go there again. This happened on February 25 2005.

They had a Hispanic lady in there to take my order. She do not speak English so she messed up my order several times. Today I asked for a supervisor and I think she said her name was Patti. She was rude and didn't want to fix my order correctly. Then said if I don't like it I can just leave my order. Then they started speaking Spanish about me and started laughing. They was very unprofessional.
All the workers couldn't speak English. The leader came out and the girl employee told her I asked her you can't speak English? The leader manager lady told her in half English and Spanish and said that's right we don't speak English here. In a major attitude towards me. I get everyone needs a job , but we are not in a foreign country. We speak English here. It should be a requirement they speak some kind of English to work at a subway. Where there are dominant American customers there.
They girl taking my order spoke 0 English and neither did the girl who checked me out. She couldn't even give me my total.
