The food is usually alright but the people need to be taught about customer service. I went today and the sweet tea was out and the cashier told me they don't make the sweet tea so I'll have to get something else. What a blatant lie 🤥. Do the mice get up at night to produce the tea for the day and that's why it always taste slightly burnt? Where does the Tea come from? Who makes it? Goofy ass place

Wife went to Subway on Southmore in Pasadena, the lady taking her order can’t speak English yet she has a job serving the public. This is ridiculous will never go there again. This happened on February 25 2005.

They had a Hispanic lady in there to take my order. She do not speak English so she messed up my order several times. Today I asked for a supervisor and I think she said her name was Patti. She was rude and didn't want to fix my order correctly. Then said if I don't like it I can just leave my order. Then they started speaking Spanish about me and started laughing. They was very unprofessional.

All the workers couldn't speak English. The leader came out and the girl employee told her I asked her you can't speak English? The leader manager lady told her in half English and Spanish and said that's right we don't speak English here. In a major attitude towards me. I get everyone needs a job , but we are not in a foreign country. We speak English here. It should be a requirement they speak some kind of English to work at a subway. Where there are dominant American customers there.
They girl taking my order spoke 0 English and neither did the girl who checked me out. She couldn't even give me my total.

This place pist me off.my daughter ordered us 2 cold cut sandwiches on with lettuce tomatoes salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese with mayo .the other same way only difference was I wanted olives .ohhh and I got them I swear they put a whole jar of black olives in the sandwich not to mention on both sandwiches they put so much salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese that you couldn't even eat the sandwich we literally had to throw them away because we were on the way to the beach when we picked up our curbside order when we arrived to the beach we thought we would enjoy our sandwiches and we had to throw them away when I called to complain at first no one answered then when someone finally answered they just kept hanging up .. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO THIS LOCATION....SMH

curbside never works. i try to call after waiting at the curb 20 minutes past my order time and no answer. Had to go inside and wait in line to ask for my order and they put it on the shelf. Waste of time ordering for curbside when you have to get your own order inside. I noticed there was no cup in my bag so i asked for one, and the cashier told me to take one from the fridge instead when i ordered a fountain drink. Then when i got back to my car i noticed the chips were open. Could not eat them as i was worried about my safety. i typically avoid this location because curbside hasnt worked for me before, but i thought i’d give it another shot today. Very disappointed and ruined my lunch break. $12 for half a meal I can’t eat.
