Very disappointed in this location. I’m a subway fanatic and never have I been told I could not get water unless I purchase their cup. He said we don’t have any water cups so if ya want water you need to buy the cup. Then to hear him tell the other 2 standing around behind counter that “most people will buy a drink if ya tell them we don’t have water cups “. Really ! You should provide a water cup, if your out offer another cup!Not very friendly staff. No greeting when ya go in, no thanks for coming when ya leave like all other subways. Lobby could have used some cleaning , sweeping especially instead of standing around doing literally nothing .

I love doing my online orders here in the afternoons. The gentlemen that work in the afternoons are sweet and make the sandwiches with so much love. My brother always says the food makes him so happy lol keep up the good work guys!!

My regular subway! Fast, friendly, and the food is always fresh and on point. Good honest employees here, my girlfriend left her phone on a dining room table and an employee named Marco caught with us in the parking lot before we left and returned her phone! That is rare these days to have employee go beyond! Will be back.. Thanks Marco

So I walk in and make my order and excited with my order on my lunch break then I’m getting ready to pay and the cashier tells me “ oh sorry our system is out we aren’t accepting card right now” I’m like are you serious, I’m so disappointed not only because of the fact that I couldn’t pay with my debit card but that I lost half of my time being there and that I didn’t get to have my meal , SMH he could of at least had told me right when I walked in, I’m so disappointed in y’all……….

The delivery was fine , one order finished already, and let me know when the other one was done. The receipt was on the outside of the bag so I could see what else to pick up on my way out. I have been to several in this area, 3 to be exact, and my sandwich was fine and my customer didn't complain. Just know which one you're going to cause the gps takes you to a muffler shop. Grant, d I need to go to a muffler shop, but I was on a delivery.

Worst subway so far! They must only hire incompetent people! I asked that my sandwich be extra toasted but the ignorant person that made it did not toasted my sandwich long enough for the cheese to be melted! Also, I asked for pepper, jack cheese, and they put some different cheese on there ??‍♀️

This is the 3rd time! Your clerk Gabriella was in the back & Eric was cleaning and he called out to her that she had customers. She took a bit to come out from the back. Then she went to wash her hands. Then she dried her hands. Then she went and grabbed gloves. Then she proceeded to put the gloves on and 5 minutes still has not addressed us. No welcome to Subway. No I’ll be with you in a second. No eye contact or gesture of any kind. I cannot believe the audacity…absolutely no customer service. We were the only couple there inside the building. We just got off of work at 5 p.m. I asked for her name and she was uncaring. She knew we’d leave. It’s what she wanted. She doesn’t want to be there. We left!!! This is the closest Subway to our home and yet I cannot get good service here. The last 3 times have been bad. The last two times was during lunch time 12 p.m. I am forced to drive to Red Bluff location or Spencer location. Never a problem but an inconvenience. YOUR MANAGERS SEE THIS AND DO NOTHING.
