Put a mobile order in went to pick it up and the place was clean and the lady was nice. However once opening my sandwich I seen the smallest subway sandwich Ive ever had . Probably had about 4 pieces of chicken on it. I’m not sure if it’s because they didn’t make it in front of me they felt they could gyp me or if this is how they normally make their sandwiches. If I would’ve know this I would’ve ordered somewhere else so I could actually have a filling lunch.

Roaches were all over the place and the lady in the front Lotti was really rude. Gave a doordasher the wrong order n when I arrived to pick up the order I made for in store pick up she told me it was my fault to my face. She said i wasn’t getting no sandwich or refund this just happened 30 minutes ago.

Came in with family and friends about 8:40pm on a Sunday. We knew they closed at 10pm. The 2 ladies working kicked us out at 9:15pm and said they needed to close the lobby. Not to mention I was waiting on a pretzel and when it was ready, the young lady yelled so loud from across the lobby for me to come get it. I didn't mind getting up, but she didn't have to yell at me the way she did. We asked for the managers name and they said they couldn't give it to us. POOR customer service all around.
Also on a separate visit during the day, a male worker could care less that his GUN was all out in the open and visibly showing from his belt line.
Don't need any response from a manager for this post because we aren't returning here.

Being that it's literally 112° outside. The girl told me. They just can't be given out ice. So.. Not a problem. I can't just be ordering from you again ?

Completely empty yet I wasn’t allowed to use the restroom because apparently you have to buy something to use their high demand bathrooms which people are lining up for. Used to buy sandwiches here every other week, but I can tell you now simply because of this single interaction I won’t buy even a lousy sugar packet and imma make sure everyone I know also stays away from this garbage can store

Call and started to order my food. They responded if I was ordering. So I said what does it look like I was doing and they answered they didn’t know. And that they didn’t have time to play and I said I didn’t either. I never had any problems before but come to fine out that it was the Manager I was talking to because I got off my car and went inside to talk to the Manager about this. She then apologized and said she couldn’t hear me on the phone and I replied that is what she should have stated at first not just hang up on me. I told her that by treating customers like this she might get fire, she replied she doubt it. This will be my last visit here at 2043 Richey Rd Subway.

Came here today not thinking it would be open after the Strom.. but these 2 ladies were in there working hard with other customers...so glad I made my order online..I was greeted with wide smiles and was given my order. Went home and wow is all I can say...first of all it didn't take long for them to make my order for as busy as they were, also they made them perfect ?. Was not my first time and Will Not be my last would definitely recommend customers to this particular subway at Richey. Thank you Ladies!! ?
Vegetarian options: green peppers, black olives, lettuce, spinach, red onions, jalapeños, pickles and banana peppers... vegetarian sandwiches and salads ?
Parking: decent number if spots in front of their door.
Wheelchair accessibility: definitely has wheelchair accessibility
Manager Vicky is rude, expected me to buy something before using the r.r told my son to leave didn't know my son had a medical issue

The buffalo chicken mix together is nasty. They didn't let me purchase it separately. It makes the chicken soggy. I don't know what idiot thought that was good idea. The lobby was dirty and the vegetables looked old the lettuce looked really old and pink.
