I liked coming here when they had that other manager working here Jacob but now the stores gone back down hill it’s slow they get orders wrong like mine and they give attitude to me worst experience at a subway I’ve ever had won’t be coming back

I think they are doing a much better and faster job the new manager goes by jacob very polite reallt quick and gets my order out fresh fast and hot ill be coming to the store for now on thank you keep up the good work
I will be coming to this subway all the time it’s much faster and I’m able to get my lunch a lot quicker now the new manager they hired knows what he’s doing his name is Jacob I believe fresh hot and quick keep up the great work guys

Was not charged for the meal and when I went to ask for my drinks she said she didn't charge me only charged me for chips and sandwich . Then I wasn't given adjustment but charged full price for drinks. Suppose to have given a discount since I bought a Meal deal! . But she was prob a newbie so I went ahead and let it go. Hope they do better next review!

The employee male was rude he tried to give me less meat for a salad because I did not want protein bowl. The associate with him took over without me even saying anything and gave the right amount of meat. The male employee rung me up asked me for chips and a drink and I said , but if could give me a water cup which I get at every subway I go to three times a week for the past several years. He told me we do not have water cups, which lets me know do not come back to this subway ever again, they are not interested in customer service.
