Kelvin at the Spencer hwy location was the best! He went above and beyond to help me figure out why my subway app wasn’t working. May God Bless his sweet soul.
Service here sucks.. ordered on the app… said it would be ready by 235pm. It’s 250pm I’m still waiting. There’s nobody else in the store. One guy is on the phone and the other employee is taking her time making my sandwiches that was supposed to be done 15 mins ago.. cmon… wtf.

Best store I have been in to get a sub from subway!
I've always been a fan of Subway because 99% of time is fresh food, but when you ask for tuna fish you got to look at the bowl that they're digging it out of before you order and you always want it to be closer to the top because when they dip out your tuna fish they drag it along the sides and they also clear out all the old hard dried tuna fish along the bowl and serve it up to you whether you want it or not, I'm not a big fan of that actually.

If I could give you zero stars I would it’s been multiple times that I have came to this location and the girls are always talking amongst each other. They see you standing there and they won’t service you. She put her gloves on so slow you give her your order and she keeps making you repeat it like it’s funny. The last time I went in there, they told a customer they don’t make tea no more The darker lady with the curly hair kept scratching at her head before she put her gloves on And her and the other girl which is I believe, supposed to be management kept talking about their personal life in Spanish and laughing back-and-forth while I was ordering my food she wasn’t even paying attention to me .. the lettuce look so yellow and old. Since now. They have it cover and you can’t see what they are serving. You you won’t know their products aren’t fresh till you actually take a bite horrible customer service. And horrible food all round. The drink machines are filthy. On top of that. I just went. And walked out I was standing there. And she wasn’t even paying just looking at me like hello.
