The lady's that worked today was rude and didn't act like they wanted to serve us . They just stared at each other like im not making these people food . Yesterday 3/6/2025 I went to order something, when I enter a dark-skinned woman said something but I didn’t heard her so I was like what and then she why are you looking at me like that, i said because I didn’t heard you, like eyes are to see😒 then I order the food that I was going to order she ask me what kind of bread and she said the name of the bread. And then I said the bottom one after that she said what kind of sandwich or something like that my mom was like chicken, and I was going to tell her chicken to but she got pissed off or mad I really don’t know and she gave the Sanwhich to the other employer so she can add the other stuff. My question is if they are going to be with that ugly attitude and have don’t have patience to serve the customers why work there😒.

I went to Subway to get a sandwich for lunch The lady behind the counter that her name is Renee had a attitude was rude didn't even let me tell her what I wanted in my sandwich, she was in a rush she looked like she didn't want to be there to work , I paid sandwich that was almost $13 and I didn't even get to get what I wanted and my sandwich because she was so rude and a bad mood This is the third time that I've been to the subway with the same lady Y'all really need to talk to your employees and tell them how to treat customers. I wish I could give zero stars!!!!!

Rude and disrespectful. Went here for a quick lunch with a few of my classmates which one of them wanted a jalapeño bread which the lady loudly huffed and walked into the back came back ask what meat he replied with chicken and she asked what kind of chicken he wanted he asked what kind do you have which she replied with a sarcastic and condescending tone "we have a menu for a reason" and chuckled. Mind you, the so-called "menu" of meat was at the front of the line in a small, unreadable font. When It came to my turn, I asked for a sandwich with rotisserie chicken and cheese she was very stingy with the chicken, so I asked for more, and she once again huffed and gave me another tiny scoop. They were also really stingy on the toppings. If I have to come back for another training in this area, I will gladly take my business else where since my business here is such an inconvenience to the workers that I and my classmates had to be disrespected.

The service was awful. I wanted chicken for my sandwich and was told which type, so I asked which type are available. The short female worker with a rude attitude told me that they have a menu for a reason. I couldn’t see the menu all too well but I tried to look around it to find the meat. She then huffed and moved on to the next person behind me. There were only two types of chicken which she easily could have just said or even pointed to at on the menu. Either get the food premade to go and expect very small portions or don’t come here as the attitude and atmosphere is abysmal.

the manger was very rude to my grandparents nothing was working inside and they throw the receipt away and didn’t want to give it to them and said “ this is my store i can do whatever the hell i want and there is no one hire then her” that’s not right for my grandparents they paid for food just to throw it away because it was terrible she should be fired

Where do I even start The Rene Lady idk who her manager is or what but she told me to go back to my country when I asked about ordering guacamole first of all I was born and raised here and second of all that is super unprofessional to talk down on other races especially a paying customer!!! I'm so offended and will be calling Corporate today!!!

Horrible service from the first time I stepped foot in this place I was immediately frowned upon with disgruntled and mean looks I went to ask about a order and the lady with no name tag ignored me and walked away I stood there for an hour and she finally returned saying "do you need something" like im bothering her when its literally her job to take orders from customers then she didn't even have ingredients when i asked for them saying the ones on display are expired like why do you even have them out then? Terrible experience never will return.
