I walked in to order and also needed to use the PUBLIC restroom a customer was ahead of me so I decided to use the restroom in the meantime. As I was heading to the public restroom the big African lady upfront yelled at me stating I could not use the restroom unless I was a customer. I know she clearly saw me standing in line I was obviously going to order as well. This lady has a disgusting attitude not surprised someone already complained in the previous reviews god bless that miserable lady

If you want Subway in Pasadena, don’t Go to this one, go to the other one on Red Bluff. Out of three sandwiches one was right, I don’t see how you could screw the other two as bad as they were. We only went there because the other store was out of banana peppers. Also the subs are noticeably smaller.

Extremely rude service. I came in for lunch today - I asked to use the bathroom before ordering and was told that wasn't allowed. I explained that I was going to get a combo meal and eat there, but that I really had to use the bathroom first. I was told I had to order my meal first. For context: there were no other customers in the store. I thought about it and started to order a meal, but the cashier was so rude in her body language and tone that I just left and went to a Subway 5 minutes away. The other store (on Southmoore) was much nicer and the staff much friendlier. 0/5 for this store.

Manager Renee was extremly rude, said i was foolish and to look for another subway to go to and this was over the fact that she applied more sauce that i ask and asked if she can remove some of it off. I come here at least 5-6times a week and everyone here is very nice and polite and always make my sandwiches the way i like but in this case i had a very unpleasant experience with this manager. This review is not for the store itself or the employees there but for Renee.

The woman with the dreads need to be fired like 2yrs ago. The video that's posted, that's her all the time apparently. She has zero customer service and don't know how to talk to people. Yesterday 3/6/2025 I went to order something, when I enter a dark-skinned woman said something but I didn’t heard her so I was like what and then she why are you looking at me like that, i said because I didn’t heard you, like eyes are to see😒 then I order the food that I was going to order she ask me what kind of bread and she said the name of the bread. And then I said the bottom one after that she said what kind of sandwich or something like that my mom was like chicken, and I was going to tell her chicken to but she got pissed off or mad I really don’t know and she gave the Sanwhich to the other employer so she can add the other stuff. My question is if they are going to be with that ugly attitude and have don’t have patience to serve the customers why work there😒.

I wish I could give zero stars!!!!!

Rude and disrespectful. Went here for a quick lunch with a few of my classmates which one of them wanted a jalapeño bread which the lady loudly huffed and walked into the back came back ask what meat he replied with chicken and she asked what kind of chicken he wanted he asked what kind do you have which she replied with a sarcastic and condescending tone "we have a menu for a reason" and chuckled. Mind you, the so-called "menu" of meat was at the front of the line in a small, unreadable font. When It came to my turn, I asked for a sandwich with rotisserie chicken and cheese she was very stingy with the chicken, so I asked for more, and she once again huffed and gave me another tiny scoop. They were also really stingy on the toppings. If I have to come back for another training in this area, I will gladly take my business else where since my business here is such an inconvenience to the workers that I and my classmates had to be disrespected.
