Older Hispanic woman that works there needs to learn how to speak to people with proper customer service. Was asking a question about the app all she had to say was I don’t know anything about the app or anything like that. She just kept saying no, looked at us asked if we are ordering anything very rudely. I said I wanted to try the app again, she scoffed and walked away. So we walked away as well. I work in customer service this woman must deal with so many rude customers it turned her into a disrespectful worker, or it’s just the way she is. Either way someone needs a refresh at a new job cause the attitude ain’t it.

This stupid restaurant was closed even though it let us order online, there was no workers inside, we tried to contact the restaurant but nobody responded, and we got scammed out of our online order that we already paid.

Where do I begin? As soon as I walked in, lady worker announces there is no change available if paying cash, not a big deal since most people pay by card anyways. But man oh man I will for sure have to say this is the worst one I have ever been to! Honestly I can’t blame the workers they actually did a decent job but I would have to question the supervisor or possibly the owner. Most of the drinks were out with a note in front of the machine on each drink. No tea or watermelon juice at all. No bags available for the sandwich. And it was so messy. But honestly as soon as you walk in you just feel dirty. Do better subway 17$ for a footlong meal is bad enough as it is at least make us feel good to spend that.

OMG!! Was there about 2:50 on the 25th. They have changed!! Now you can't watch them make your whole sandwich. Ordered 2 sandwiches, got home and there was 3-4 thin slices of meat on each sandwich. Most bites were meatless. Worker ask me which dressings were which. Subway has gone downhill fast!!!

This is the closest Subway(shaver and fairmont) I have,for many years that I’ve been living close to this subway it just to be my favorite but with the past the years, it got worse some customer service and cleaning I was bad, well I desire to give them a visit after a couple of years, the cleanliness got better, but there was no one for about five minutes that I was there calling see if someone was there. But no one comes out. I just wonder if the owners of this restaurant pay attention to that, I prefer to go subway to this one because I always lost my time coming to this place.

I recently visited this Subway location and encountered an employee who claimed to be a manager. I was disappointed by the aggressive and disrespectful behavior I experienced. The employee exhibited arrogance and seemed to be pressuring the other employee unnecessarily. The atmosphere was fine until this encounter, which left me feeling uncomfortable. I believe that customer service should be a top priority, and I hope that the management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for future customers. God Bless!
