Where do I begin? As soon as I walked in, lady worker announces there is no change available if paying cash, not a big deal since most people pay by card anyways. But man oh man I will for sure have to say this is the worst one I have ever been to! Honestly I can’t blame the workers they actually did a decent job but I would have to question the supervisor or possibly the owner. Most of the drinks were out with a note in front of the machine on each drink. No tea or watermelon juice at all. No bags available for the sandwich. And it was so messy. But honestly as soon as you walk in you just feel dirty. Do better subway 17$ for a footlong meal is bad enough as it is at least make us feel good to spend that.

OMG!! Was there about 2:50 on the 25th. They have changed!! Now you can't watch them make your whole sandwich. Ordered 2 sandwiches, got home and there was 3-4 thin slices of meat on each sandwich. Most bites were meatless. Worker ask me which dressings were which. Subway has gone downhill fast!!!

This is the closest Subway(shaver and fairmont) I have,for many years that I’ve been living close to this subway it just to be my favorite but with the past the years, it got worse some customer service and cleaning I was bad, well I desire to give them a visit after a couple of years, the cleanliness got better, but there was no one for about five minutes that I was there calling see if someone was there. But no one comes out. I just wonder if the owners of this restaurant pay attention to that, I prefer to go subway to this one because I always lost my time coming to this place.

For me, the employees sell more expensively and steal the money, the receipt machine never works and they never give the full change because according to them they ran out of coins.

I recently visited this Subway location and encountered an employee who claimed to be a manager. I was disappointed by the aggressive and disrespectful behavior I experienced. The employee exhibited arrogance and seemed to be pressuring the other employee unnecessarily. The atmosphere was fine until this encounter, which left me feeling uncomfortable. I believe that customer service should be a top priority, and I hope that the management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for future customers. God Bless!

The females during the day are awesome but the dudes later on in the day needs to be better trained on customer service

I come to this subway quite frequently and Sara (AM) has been one of the best customer service employee's I have encountered in years! She is attentive, very helpful, and always has the best attitude! Sara is a perfect example and model of how to be a great employee!
Seen the green machine ? marijuana sitting by fountain drink machine. Employee chilling with homeless people who I'm sure the weed came from as they had drink cups and were sitting next to fountain machine pretty laid back environment if you ask me ??♀️

Worst service ever…Asst manager hid in the back hoping we leave without our refund for 21 drinks!Brought basketball team in between games. No ice (boys said that was fine) after boys filled cups up we realized the drinks was warm and had no syrup. Ask if they could fix. Ass’t manager only response was “we told them there was no ice”Yes we left we no refund and never seeing the Ass’t manager again. Left her workers out there alone and shaking their heads because they knew she was wrong for what she was doing to us and to them. She ruin our experience and with that being said we will not eat at this subway again
I love SUBWAY, I do get the same thing every time I go. They ask you what you want and even go out their way to give you what you want, even extra toppins. Even will toast ur sandwich a Lil longer for you.
