The employee continued to wipe his nose, did not change his gloves and dug into the lettuce.

I requested him to wear a mask and as he was looking for one, the female employee stated "you're good Oscar, just wash your hands".
I understand we are only human but I watched his hand (wearing gloves) touch the lettuce. Literally the area where he cleaned his nose touched the lettuce.

She needs to get fired.

I recently visited this establishment and was shocked by the poor customer service. Upon arrival, I greeted the staff with a polite 'good morning' out of courtesy. Unfortunately, I was met with disrespect by an older white lady, presumably named Madie. Her response to my greeting was abrupt and rude, saying only 'What do you want?'.
I was taken aback by her tone and lack of professionalism. As a customer, I expect a basic level of respect and courtesy. Madie's behavior fell short of these expectations.
Unless the service improves, I would not recommend this place to others.

I entered the location with intention of dining in and after witnessing the service I preferred to leave. Only 2 person serving and to both I asked the same question and none of them knew the answer. How is possible that they serving food without having knowledge of what they're serving. What a shame! Also, it's not okay to walk away just like that when someone is speaking to you. She shouldn't call me if she wasn't done with the person before me. And the other person had an attitude of not wanting to be there. She wasn't paying attention to what she was doing because I asked for a particular size of bread and she was already preparing and toasted a totally different size of bread. Both of them were doing my order when it shouldn't be like that. Let one person serve the customer they start the order with. Avoid the customer to repeat what was told from the beginning. Not returning to this location.

Customer service was the worst ....went in to get my daughter a meatball sub with mozzarella cheese sub was already made and when I asked for mozzarella she stated that the mozzarella they had was for online orders only. I had to ask her to repeat herself because that was so ridiculous to hear she then had a little attitude because i asked her how was she not going to put cheese that im going to pay for if they had it in store available....had 2 subs ready and refused to give me the cheese I was requesting then tried to put yellow shredded cheese ....... both subs stayed there drove to another location

Leila and Angela are amazing. They were patient to help me understand all the changes that have taken place since the last time I was here (which was a lot). They made the sandwich exactly how I wanted and came out amazing. I also want to point out they had an excellent attitude and went above and beyond to make my day. Excellent customer service! Thank you so much, you two!
