Sometimes drive thru machine doesn't work and when you go to the window they make go back again. Most workers have a bad attitude. A Few weeks ago a white young girl/lady dropped my drink by accident before handling it to me and she shouted and kicked the drink towards the other workers. If she does that at work while customer's and co-workers are present imagine what she does when no one is around.

Im not usually one to complain, but whoever was working today, 11/09/2025, they’re some of the worst people in existence. I ordered online a chalupa with chicken.. i got a whole fried chicken strip that was dry, burnt and hard as a rock. Clearly someone thought it was funny or something. Before that i was informed they didn’t have nacho fries.. which i already paid for.. i had to sub for something else. On top of that my drink also had to be substituted bc they didn’t have the drink i ordered online. So basically they didn’t have anything i ordered?? Somehow they didn’t have food at this food place? And the one thing that they were supposed to have was completely wrong. Requested a refund on the app hoping they get it to me.

I just ordered from here for lunch. I ordered a chicken cantina taco. The crazy part about it is I always order a chicken cantina taco. I’ve ordered it about four times here on different occasions. The last two times which was this time and the time before. My taco was a soft taco, and it was real wet on the outside so wet that my tortilla was actually doughy which made it very disgusting. It was dry on the inside, even though the filling was in the inside. I took it back up there now this happened twice. The first time I threw it away this time. I took it back up there and let me remind you the manager the white lady that’s up there. She told me the first time oh, I wanna make your taco how you want it I’m OK. I didn’t ask for watery taco. Very disgusting. I told the manager can you help? Can you help me real quick because I have to go back to work by lunch break is almost over. It was three minutes till my lunch break was over. I just wanted to return this and give my money back. She proceeded to take her time. She did not care and then she told me not to talk to her like that because I guess she felt like I rushed her. I was just letting her know what kind of time I was on. She was very rude. She took her time at the register. I told her you know what just keep the food. She told me never to come back there and I won’t and I bet a lot of people ain’t gonna come back there either because I’m reading these reviews. why is everybody saying that she has watery food? We need to put this place out of business for real. We need to shut this place down and welcome to the community some people who really want to own Taco Bell own Taco Bell she’s giving them a bad name. When I asked to have corporate‘s number, she said we’re not with corporate. But all that watery food all that water that she has on the countertops can possibly hold bacteria and E. coli and I’m gonna call the health department and I think other people should too if they get their food from there like that. Health department should be called on them. That’s disgusting.

We ordered a online order got here 10 min later still wasn't ready waited another 10 min for them to tell me we have to let them know when we arrive so they can start amking our order then what's the whole point of ordering mobile pick up if there not gonna do it then plus they still give u attitude un professional never coming back here again

I came at 12:30 midnight (friday night-saturday morning) on 10/11/25. I ordered a combo and an extra taco. My tacos had barely any meat or lettuce. It was like an empty shell. My combo came with chips and queso. There were literally 3 chips and the queso cup had only about a fourth of queso. Not sure if they are saving ingredients or whats going on but I would definitely not recommend this place.

Placed an online order and showed up, the cashier said they didn’t have beef to make the order. I asked if the order could be cancelled and I given a refund and the attendant told me I need to call customer service.
Yo this taco bell is the bomb!! 💣 Best fast food you can get in a minute's notice. Its off the chain that it'll get you destroying toilets in company time 💪🏽😤🤳

Some asshole wanted to force me to donate, that's optional. They hire workers who, if they want to work, are not scammers. With my order, they didn't even give me napkins, cutlery, sauces, and that's if they have to bring the food.
