I pulled up to this location and I seen a girl outside cleaning windows with a long brush and still greeted me with a smile . While waiting on my food I watched her go from windows to greeting customers to opening the door.. I asked her are you new she responded no ma'am I'm just from a different location well all I have to say is your energy and enthusiasm made my day and hope to seeing more of you here.

There's a new girl in the morning that I've noticed about 3 times since I been these past 2 weeks she's friendly she talks to everyone and she makes sure everyone is taken care of.. I've seen her move clean areas get orders out all with a smile y'all need more employees like her and my food was hot and served with a beautiful personality.... Good addition to y'all team.

Brought my granddaughter,.. she went in and I swear it took at least 20 - 30mins for her to get her order and noone was in the dinning room or the drive-thru.. smh. Also I feel that we should be allowed to order a small or medium drink with a combo instead of just having to get the large drink with the combo.

This location is perfect, the hours are also great. However almost everything else about this location sucks. The new addition of the AI menu is hot steaming trash. It doesn't understand you, it messes the order up and lastly, it doesn't allow for substitutions or customizations on the luxe boxes. The service time is also slow, painfully slow at night. The food almost consistently comes out ice cold. There's never enough sauce in the box. The customer service severely lacks at most times. Every once and a while there's this one girl who has kind of a goth vibe, she's incredibly nice, but everyone else there seems to not know what customer service is. They seem so irritated to be there and practically throw the food at you.

Horrible service we just received from this location. I'm not sure what was going on with the lady working tonight (03/26/25 @ 11:30pm) She had a nasty attitude, was rushing to the point that we couldn't even tell her no sour cream on our food. Every time she opened the window, it was literally to give something out and close the window right away. Very disappointing.
