Ordered online for immediate pickup. Waited over to get someone at register just to say I was there for a pickup. Got one drink and was questioned when I asked for my other cup even though she could see I ordered it. Waited another 15 min. With no food. The lady looks over at me waiting at the register with about 5 other people and says your food doesn't get made till you get here so your foods next. 15 minutes later he finally gets handed over with no have a nice night or anything. Mind you, you can here the employees complaining to each other. While people come in complaining orders were missing items. Customer service needs a major improvement and they are completely understaffed. This used to be the best Taco Bell in the area but we will not be going back.

I must say I'm difficult to satisfy and for me to give an establishment 5 stars. This place got it right and the food was spot on taco bell standards. Friendly service and fast. Had the chicken and fajita power bowl and it was great. Thank you taco bell. Hope you guys s keep up the good service and speed.

Came by around 11:30pm, got really choppy service, and was parked whenever there was NO other cars in line in in front of us. They proceeded to take around 20-30 mins for a order of 4 items. Something must be going SERIOUSLY wrong inside, I’m not even sure they’re working most of the time. From what you can see at the front windows they’re more focused on their phones and conversations.Turns out their GM Vicky was here, and ALLOWING THIS! I’m still waiting, and they’ve given out 4 other orders. You’d assume their upper management cared more, but this is pretty abysmal.

Came through 30 minutes ago or so at 8:03pm. The cashier (listed on my receipt simply as "Nolan A" was quite simply rude. We pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru, and when I said "give us just a minute please", because it was raining and we needed to look at the menu before ordering, the cashier very audibly and loudly sighed over the drive thru speaker, as if I was wasting their time. After about 1 minute they said "Are you ready to order yet?!"... We finally just picked a few things almost at random as we didn't want to even be there anymore. We got to the window, and the cashier repeated the total of our order. I handed them my card. No other words were spoken to us, the cashier came back to the window, shoved my order into my hands and stood there as if waiting for me to leave. No "Thank you come again", or "here ya go", or "have a nice day", nothing was said period. It was obvious the cashier did not want to be there whatsoever. After getting home with our order it became clear that the Starry drink we ordered with our combo, was out, and we were given basically carbonated water. Worst experience at this location I've ever had.
My Cheesy bean and rice burrito I would swear had a chemical taste AND the tortillas were old. Could not finish it. That location isn't a quality spot, I've have seen food preppers not using gloves also. The Fairmont location is waaay better.

It was a delightful experience when I rang the bell at Taco Bell, and the entire kitchen staff erupted with excitement. The energy and enthusiasm were contagious, making the visit truly awesome. Thank you for creating such a fun and memorable atmosphere!
